Link posting is all about how fashionable hip and cool you are, particularly your style and colour of head wear!

You see, same in fashion and the world of SEO, search engine optimization, a hat is the apex of attention!.

In SEO terms the phrase always relates to three colours Black, white and grey!

What Is Black Hat SEO? It is the kind of SEO that leaves me constantly looking over my shoulder and in fear of "soiling my under pants" from a Google Penalty!.

While the techniques are not "illegal" as many in the Blackhat World or world of SEO would have you believe. Google is not the law, are not the law and never ever will be!.

They are not a government agency or organisation.

But, Go against their ToS and T&C's and you risk your business not getting any highly targeted traffic from their billions of searches performed on a daily basis!.

Which makes going against their recommendations a pretty dumb idea! #BlackHatSEO - Link Posting is an art only performed by brave individuals not afraid to sh*t themselves in public #SEO As you have guessed it - blackhat is very much the murky world of underhand SEO and in all essence attempts to cheat and trick search engines into artificially ranking a website higher than it should.

It really is a case of cutting off your nose in spite of your face, very short term thinking, for short terms gains.

What Is White Hat SEO White Hat SEO is as you have already guessed Search Engine Optimisation strategies and techniques that are fully compliant with googles terms or service and conditions.

No fake link building or link posting or creation for the purpose of "cheating the system". ...And there is no weighing up of the options or the tossing of a coin between selling your first born or selling a kidney to fix the problems caused by malpractices and bad SEO to recover your business!.

What Is Grey Hat SEO As it sounds it is a mix of the good and the bad. Not quite full on Black hat SEO, not squeeky clean either.

Best avoided also, might not incur a large "toilet paper bill" or the sale of your off spring or body parts but will require you pack an extra pair of undies and have some savings, just in case!.

Why Genuine Link Posting Jobs Exist As I discussed earlier legit link posting jobs do exist but they do involve in this day and age much more than just the spamming of links to social media, Q&A sites, public forums, blog comments and so on!

It involves much more work suck the creation of 500, 1000 and up to 2,000 word articles for both genuine and fake websites (read PBN's Private blogging networks) and web 2.0 properties and guest posting as ghost writer for a known blogger.

My Dislike for Fake Whitehat SEO Agencies and Blackhat SEO Link Posting Jobs!

Are All Link Posting Jobs Legit?

No!.

The make money posting links for companies opportunity thing going is mostly, and predominately a scam with a ton of fake link posting jobs advertised.

This is not 2011! back then link posting was massive and folks (read website owners) did fall into the huge backlinks thing when all you needed to rank well was a TON of backlinks, like a big huge popularity contest.

As you have guessed, Google got smart on that and very much reclassified dramatically how they calculate and value links to a given site and ton of spammy links that are bought and paid for (called unnatural or blackhat links) will earn you a demotion in the ranking at best 9/13

and at worse...

Nobody, these days is going to legitimately pay someone to post links! 8/9/10..even 15 years ago maybe...not now!

No matter how much is promised be it hundreds of bucks a day or thousands per month the job top post only links does not exist!.

As a webmaster and someone in the industry I can tell you that no single webmaster anywhere will pay someone just to spam out links to knowingly kill their site!.

Afraid to break it to you, the possibility of you working from home posting link after link just copy past and copy paste...all day long just does n't exist!. (besides, there are bots that do that for free and don't need a salary or a break!)

Ohh right $379/day over $11,000 Monthly from Home... Guaranteed? Absolute "Equestrian Excrement!"

Alarm Bells!

The very first alarm bell going off should be the fact that these "link posting jobs" are not free and you need to pay $97 typically speaking for the privilege of doing so (all under the guise of a one off membership fee or something similar!).

Disgustingly so, some of these fake link posting job agencies employ a telesales team to call you up and convince you that you need an upgrade so that you can get access special training so that you can move forwards and earn significantly more.

This nothing but a scam and nothing more than carrot dangling desperate and unsuspecting people.

Sadly, some folks do end up losing thousands upon thousands of bucks!

Given the age and how long these scams have been going it really has to be one of the longest running in the digital world. Sadly, there is no sign of it slowing down anytime soon!

As one gets shut down, another sprouts with a new name, but still the same old game! the Fake like posting jobs scam!.

No, you cannot work from home posting links only!. You task with a job of this nature will, in most likelihood involve other tasks and be as a full on VA. So called free link posting jobs are not legit, the ones that are available in the blackhat SEO world are what I would call morally illegit!.

Do no harm unto others! folks. Do good, get good back, do great things get great things back.

Link Posting Jobs - Conclusion Despite the fact that there are some legitimate link posting jobs available and you can make money working for a blackhat seo company you will be doing many other tasks.

The actual posting of links only forms a tiny small part of what your so called work from home job is.

besides, you have to live with yourself knowing that you are digitally fire bombing someones online business - even if the actual business owner is unaware of what they are doing.

Most....ok all.. of the other getting paid to post links jobs are not legit they are absolute scams.

Don't fall for that BS and get yourself out of that "work from home - work for someone else mentality and build your own online business.
