Despite the questionable past of the founder it is a legitimate business and not a scam. However it is not one that I recommend for a number of reasons which are mentioned later in this article.

Vasayo Review - What Is Vasayo? Vasayo is a MLM network marketing business started by Karree Larsen and Dallin Larsen. The product behind the MLM are a range of nutritional supplements under the brand name of Microlife Nutritionals which are as the name suggests is a range of dietary supplements aimed at improving and enhancing your health and well-being. Included in their product range is CBD Oil (Cannabidiol), weight loss supplements, detox capsules and multivitamins.

Well, the great news is that this couple do appear to have quite some experience behind them in the world of multi-level marketing.

Scrub the deck and dive a little bit deeper you find the Dallin Larsen was associated with Usana in the 1990's. And this is where the waters start getting a murkier as the company was accused of operating an illegal pyramid scheme Following Usana, Dallin Larsen, in 2005 founded a business MonaVie, over a a 10 year period the business was littered with various court room battles and accusations. And this where you start getting into hot water! MonaVie, Dynamic Essentials, Royal Tongan Limu, other businesses associated with and to Dallin Larsen over the years have had a lot of legal issues involving a variety of issues and allegations. The Shocking Truth About #Vasayo! #Scam! #CBDoil Including misleading health claims, Illegal business practices, and the operation of a pyramid scheme - an accusation made by Forbes magazine. The Details here make for pretty interesting reading Personally, I have the tendency to think that honest businessmen don't get into that much trouble with authorities or be so polemic. You never seem to hear of endless lawsuit from the clean cut businessmen and entrepreneurs. These findings alone raise a lot of red flags. Enough for me not to set sail aboard that ship. It does appear that this company Vasayo, and really going strongly for the health and wellness market in rather strong way. 4/9
Which, is of no surprise give that this is the very market sector that the company founder Dallin Larsen has his expertise...and murky history!. As you would have noticed they are jumping aboard the CBD Oil trend, which actually only makes good business sense. It is getting to be a competitive market as many other such CTFO, Kannaway and HempWorx being leading brands in this area. When it's hot sell Ice cream, when it rains sell umbrellas!. One big problem with the CBD Oil industry, and a few with the health sphere online that you must be aware of. Let's talk about those for a moment. The CBD Oil industry is just now completely unregulated. The very second it gets regulated you will need a licence or you will be out of business.

The Problem With Health Sites Online During the beginning of August 2018 Google release one their biggest updates ever, which particularly hit YMYL sites - your money or your life. This impacted health sites strongly, even well known famous ones run by TV Doctors!. The long and short of it is, that it is incredibly difficult, not impossible but very, very very, difficult for you or any non health professional to rank a health site in the search engines post . Thus, If you think you are going to be promoting CBD Oil with ease or running a health site (natural or not) with Vasayo Microlife Nutritionals or any other product or brand name it is just not going to happen. And then there is FDA Regulations in regards to what health sites (natural or otherwise) are allowed to say. Is is a best very complex and complicated, you are not allowed to say certain words such as "disease, remedy, treat or cure". You are not allowed to name known diseases or illnesses either or make any claims. 5/9
A lot of verbal gymnastics are involved to stay on the right side of the law. Disclosure: I know, because I have had a couple of health sites, and since let them go - a nice industry to get into but not worth the complexities give the law and algorithm updates.
Keep yourself on the right side of the law and regulations if you do insist on entering the health industry online or offline
The Vasayo Compensation Plan Vasayo actually call this their rewards plan. As is with any MLM opportunity the compensation plan can be quite complex to follow properly and fully understand!. It is part of their religion to do so!. The Vasayo Compensation plan is no different. I do believe they are designed this way. As with any MLM company there are two sides to it, the sale of the actual products and the recruitment of people into your team and your downlines. Is Vasayo A Scam? This investigation and review of Vasayo was quite a difficult one to conduct given the actual complexities of their compensation plan and somewhat a dozen and a half (yes 18) different ranks of all sorts of names and categories, rules and regulations. Quite difficult to follow to say the least. But no, despite the owners chequered history and legal issues I can not outright say that Vasayo is a scam. My reasons for this are that it is a viable business operating on a Global level with offices in both Hong Kong and The USA and there are products, legitimate products, there is no actual evidence of a scam in operation.
Is Vasayo Legit? Vasayo is indeed a legitimate business with bonafide products for you and your downlines to promote and sell.
Vasayo Review - My Conclusion While Vasayo is not a scam and is a legitimate business opportunity. It is not something that I would happily recommend that you get involved with at very least online given the complexities involved in getting such sites to rank high in search engines post Google Medic Update. 7/9
Not least to mention the complexities in staying onside with FDA regulations. Now given the very colourful business past of Dallin Larsen I'd suggest that you sit this one out!.
