Bless My Soul CafĂŠ Creole (Kree-ohl): A descendent of the French and/or Spanish who settled in Louisiana, combining European and Latin flavors. Along

with the French Plantation Chefs and their African Sous Chefs, they were introduced to the foods of the American Indians, creating a unique and wonderful cuisine. Bless My Soul family provides a multi-pure water system, while working with The North Coast Co-op, Loleta Cheese, Humboldt Grass Fed Beef, North Coast Bakery, The Tofu Shop and local farmers with organic produce whenever possible.
