ABOUT US
Young Black Pharma (YBP) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization powered by industry professionals at every level in the pharmaceutical industry across several therapeutic and functional areas, and all educational backgrounds.
Collectively, we are invested in advancing the progress and increasing the inclusion of industry professionals in pharma through our mentorship initiatives, impactful development programming, and connecting our talent to career opportunities – we are all about empowering one another and embracing our seat at the table.

Who makes up the YBP Network?
Within our growing membership and 1,900+ person network, we have a robust talent pool spanning over 80 pharmaceutical & biotech companies, ranging from early career professionals to boardroom executives with not only experience, but expertise in medical affairs, scientific communication, field medical, sales, marketing, clinical, and regulatory affairs, among other functional areas in industry.
