Judas’ Flower There was a flower that Judas planted But was not sure where the seed had sprung from And other plants grew, not what he wanted. He thought under the soil it would become. Things that grow haunted him through the night time, Desperate his flower should be unfurled. Then he saw it - it almost called his name And he picked it there in the Potter’s Field.
Cercis siliquastrum, commonly known as the Judas tree
