42 Below vodka

½ ounce

Calvados Morin VSOP

½ ounce

Giffard chocolate syrup

Âź ounce

maple syrup

2 ounces 2 tbsp

apple juice cream

DIRECTIONS: 1. Rim a chilled martini glass with sugar. 2. Stir the vodka, Calvados, apple juice, chocolate syrup and maple syrup in a Boston glass with ice for one minute. 3. Whip the fresh cream with a pinch of the ground or whole cardamom in a cocktail shaker. 4. Single strain the contents of the Boston glass into the martini glass, float cream on top and garnish with dehydrated apple. 5. Cut date into small pieces and candy in sugar. Place on top of dehydrated apple.

1. Rim martini glass with crushed Oreo cookie and sugar. Chill.

cream Oreo cookie, crushed Sugar, for garnish Chocolate sauce, for drizzle Mint leaf, for garnish

2. Drizzle chocolate sauce in cold martini glass. Combine ingredients over ice, shake and strain. 3. Garnish with mint leaf.

INGREDIENTS: ž ounces 3 ounces 1 bar spoon 2 dashes

Four Roses yellow-label bourbon Phillips Longboat chocolate porter cherry Heering Bittered Sling Denman bitters Brandied cherries for garnish

DIRECTIONS: In a mixing glass, add bourbon, porter, cherry Heering and bitters. Add ice. Stir clockwise with a bar spoon for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled 4-ounce coupe glass. Garnish with two brandied cherries. Pairs well with fruitcake and a beard.
