• Created a Bishops Bay Feedback email to give the membership a place to voice their great experiences or concerns
• Communication with members
• Utilizing push notifications to give general updates and information to membership as a whole
• Began a texting platform to target specific groups of members about only events and updates pertaining to them
• Updated the newsletter format to be less articles and more informative flyers so members can stay up to date on what is happening
• Cleaned up weekly emails to be more readable and only contain important information
Initiation Fees: 2015 initiation fee was $0 –Effective August 1 $25,000
• 2022: $360,880 for entire year
• 2023: $306,750 (as of 7/12/23)
We are at a historic high of memberships 592 members (8 left)
• 2022: 46 new members for entire year
• 2023: 44 new members (as of 7/22/23)

• A golf waitlist was introduced in May 2021 and allotted 20 memberships; Board increased waitlist in May 2022 from 20 to 25 and it was filled by early June 2022
• We are currently on a non-active golf waitlist

u Improved our communication and promotion of events and have followed our plan to help celebrate and memorialize events

u 3200 sq. ft. bent grass sod installed along fairway bunker on right side of #13 fairway
u New Range Mat installed
u Started slit seeding fescue grass seed in bare and thin areas of native and areas we converted from Kentucky Blue Grass to fescue grass
u Planted 60 trees around the golf course past 2 years
u Started seeding Kentucky blue grass in mowed rough areas where bent grass was killed off
u Started converting three pot bunkers and practice green bunker to Signature 900 sand. Total course will be done by next spring
u Bent sod installed on six holes adjacent to fairway bunkers, replacing old worn-out sod
u Chris Lutzke here to reshape the base of the pot bunkers
u New Contract with Reliable that set all new expectations for our golf course.
u Increased our maintenance budget $150k yearly

u Created a pool staff social media account that has received 176,800 likes and 978,000 views as of 7/13/23
u This sheds a positive light on our company culture for current and future employees
u Member involvement in videos creates positive and fun member/staff relationships
u Incorporated a new pizza oven to increase efficiency and increase menu variety
u Increased quality of service resulted in higher traffic of members
u There has been a $2770 increase in sales from last year at this time
u Reworked food ordering system to reduce wasted food cost and increase efficiency
u Since retraining steps of service, member insights have shown an improvement in NPS
u Using Boar’s Head Deli Meats
u New Diving boards and lifeguard chairs to reflect a more resort style experience
u Swim Team & Lessons:
u Head Coach: Alison Meng has been doing a great job this year
u 47 Swim Team Members compared to 41 in 2022
u 51 in Swim Lessons compared to 74 in 2022
u Many fun social events to build camaraderie and make swim team a positive experience for the kids and families participating.

u NPS score consistently higher than the national average
u 50% of Seasonal staff return from the previous year in front of house
u Turnhouses
u Expanded hours by opening one hour earlier
u Less processed and more specialty offerings such as Hubs peanuts, Golf Stix, Miss Vickie’s Chips, and Zubers all beef sticks
u 100% pure beef hot dogs
u Canned carb free cocktails, more local specialty beers, premium lemonade for mixing, and Keurig for coffee, tea, and cocoa variety
u Fall 2022:
u Camp Bishops Bay had 48 kids in total, lots of great feedback
u Family nights were well attended with an average of 90 guests dining per event in the fall
u All golf and racquets events were well attended and had great feedback
u We had weekly Badger and Packer Showings for members, and the Badger tailgate party had 20 members dine.
u Winter 2022-23
u Holiday Brunches were successful with an average of around 150 each, the Grinch Gives Back brunch being added to our holiday brunch list
u Our Ice rink opened in January, and the opening party saw 50 attendees! Overall, this was a well attended amenity with open skate days having around 100 skaters
u Family nights in the winter had an average of around 50 attendees
u Spring 2023
u The Bunny brunch was a hit with 300 diners, the Easter brunch had 400 diners, and the favorite Mothers Day brunch sold out ea rly and had 420 attend
u Book club was introduced
u Family nights in the spring had an average attendance of 60
u The Men’s opener had ~100 participants
u Women’s Opener had 50 participants
u Summer 2023
u Camp Bishops bay had 55 kids in total – This program is now a 5 week program and is very successful!
u For Memorial Day, Bubba and Sarah put together a drill and had a record number of participants
u Men’s Member Member had 92 participants
u Women’s tips and sips had 12 participants
u Weddings: u 2021: 13

u We have moved café lights, LED TV wall, and ceremony chair rental in house, we have been promoting these awesome additions to private events to see an ROI
u We introduced theme nights in the winter: Taco Tuesday, Pasta e Vino Wednesday, Prime Saturday, and Brunch & Bubbles Sunday
u The weekday themes were slow to take off, but have since become quite successful
u Kid’s Club was introduced at one night a week in January, in the summer we added another day for two nights a week
