What discounts are included in my Patron membership?

The Patrons scheme offers a ticket discount on opening night for many shows and a standard discount for most performances, available on any day of the week Each membership level allows up to 4 tickets to be discounted in one order Please note standard discounts are not valid for Welsh National Opera (WNO), Birmingham Royal Ballet (BRB) and on occasion other productions.

How will you store and use my personal data?

Please read our company Privacy Policy at birminghamhippodrome.com/privacy to find out how we look after and process your personal information You can change your contact preferences at any time on your Account Interests page or by sending an email to the Fundraising and Development Team at fundraising@birminghamhippodrome com

How do I renew my Patron membership?

You can opt to pay your membership in a single payment, in which case your renewal can be processed on our website or over the phone with our Fundraising and Development Team. If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, this will be processed each year on your renewal date.

I have tickets for a show that I can no longer use. What should I do?

Don’t worry! Ticket flexibility is a feature of your membership. You can exchange your tickets for a different performance subject to availability, credit your account for later use or simply have a refund Call the Fundraising and Development team on 0121 689 3068

I’d like to use The Proscenium Lounge How can I book?

The Proscenium Lounge, with a secure cloakroom is in the Stalls Foyer It offers a guaranteed table before the performance and during the interval, where you can relax and unwind. A member of staff is always on hand to look after you You can book The Proscenium Lounge at the same time you reserve tickets with the Fundraising and Development team, or purchase them online at a later date There are package options to choose from, please see details online.
