SIGNATURE

Baseline home monitoring to ensure basic health, safety, and operational integrity of the property. Services offered once per month include:

PREMIER

Elevated level of oversight including seasonal transitions, light concierge, and vehicle checks. Offered twice monthly, the Premier package includes all Signature services plus:

Outdoor living transition and preparation

Concierge coordination of landscaping, housekeeping, and specialty vendors

Vendor coordination of full or partial home winterization

VEHICLE CHECKS

General maintenance check including battery, tire pressure, engine start, etc.

MAIL COLLECTION

Collect mail & packages as needed

HVAC ROUTINE FILTER MAINTENANCE

We want to make sure the monthly invoicing process goes smoothly and that your questions and concerns are addressed. Below are highlights of the process and contact information for your project.

Invoices will be sent out monthly for the work preformed in the previous month.

Monthly invoices are mailed/emailed (or both) based on your preference.

You can expect the monthly invoice on or around the 15th of each month.
