ainik School has an NCC Coy of 560 cadets under the command of the Vice Principal Lt Cdr Gireesh Gopidas. School Cadet Captain Aman Noyal Mascrene visited Vietnam and Cdt Adarsh Menon visited Sri Lanka as part of the Youth Exchange Programme. Other activities of NCC include participating in the RDC Parade at Delhi, 04 SD Cadets and 01 JD Cadet was selected for RDC parade 2016, Cdt Jeevan AC was selected as Best Cadet in I GC RDC 2016. Cdt Karthick Suraj was awarded the Best Flag Area Briefing. 13 cadets attended the National Integration Camp held at Alleppey & Kozhikode, Cdt Anand Sai SS attended the special NIC held at Noida, 287 cadets of SS Coy NCC attended a CATC held at our school from 09 to 18 Aug 2015. Cdt Santhanu J Nair and Cdt Praveen Hari got Chief Minister's Scholarship for NCC cadets and Cdt Sanjay Krishna R of 2014-15 batch received the Best Cadet Award. All the SS Coy NCC participated in the International Yoga Day, at SS Coy NCC on 21 June 2015 at Sainik School Parade Ground. All 553 cadets of this Coy NCC participated in Swatch Bharat Abhiyan on 02 Oct 2015, and they also participated in Social Service Activities in connection with World Environment Day. Senior Division Contingent of SS Coy NCC participated in ID Parade held at Chandra Sekharan Nair Stadium. Certificate Exam for the year 2015-16 was conducted, 112 cadets for 'A' Certificate, 56 cadets for 'B' Certificate. Certificates were awarded to all the cadets.
