THE BMA AND iKBBI GO FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH

The iKBBI, and the Bathroom Manufacturers Association have been working together to help raise awareness of the need to improve professionalism throughout the industry. Projects taking place over the coming months will see the partnership strengthened further.

“The iKBBI has been a great supporter of the BMA for a number of years, helping us to promote a variety of projects, including the Bathroom Academy and our Annual Bathroom and Kitchen Business Conference, which takes place in October,” says Yvonne Orgill, Chief Executive of the Bathroom Manufacturers Association. “We are going to be re-launching the Bathroom Academy at this year’s conference and the iKBBI will be key in getting the message out to plumbers and installers about this comprehensive training programme for the bathroom industry.”

The Bathroom Academy has been created by the industry for the industry with experts from many varied parts of the bathroom industry working together to create a unique learning experience. Annual Bathroom and Kitchen Business Conference The iKBBI has also confirmed it will be exhibiting at this year’s Bathroom and Kitchen Conference which will take place at Heythrop Park, Oxfordshire. The conference is open to all in the bathroom and kitchen industry and will include speakers from a variety of fields, including former head of Digital Marketing for Microsoft, Allister Frost and award-winning newsreader, journalist and broadcaster, Michael Buerk.

The conference runs across two days with a charity golf challenge and golfing dinner, hosted by Southampton FC legend, Francis Benali, on the 12th October followed by the full day exhibition and conference on the 13th.
