Clubhouse

An Antidote to this Cabin Fever! Now that we have arrived in the depths of winter and cabin fever takes firm hold, our minds turn to dreams of getting out together and socializing with friends. I have heard stories about busloads of Big Canoe neighbors having excursions together, but we have never had the chance to experience one of these since moving in 2020. Occasionally, I am even contacted by property owners asking whether this will ever happen again. Well, we are so excited to share that we certainly hope so. At the bottom of this page, you will find a link to an online survey designed to measure your sentiment and interest level on outing activities.

Randy Lewis

We have some great ideas, and your input is the last step to turn these ideas into an action plan. Please take the survey soon, and if you have any trouble accessing it, send us an Ask The POA. We can’t wait to hear from you!

What else is happening this week? Our clubhouse is open. Take a look at the updated winter menu and the delicious offerings waiting for you there. The Welcome Home Dinner on the 26th is fully booked, but do not worry because the Clubhouse is open for lunch and dinner, so check out the winter hours and make your plans and reservations. We are continuing our health focus with Fitness Friends through early February. Visit the Wellness Center or call Stacy Anthony, our Membership Director, at 706-268-1092 to take advantage of this promotion and add years to your friendships. Speaking of great promotions, Mike Miller, our Head Golf Professional, kicks off an accompanied guest pre-purchase card special on Monday, January 29. Jessica Carson, our Racquet Club Manager, hosts a Valentine’s Day shopping event on February 9. You will not want to miss this wine and cheese gathering, where Jessica will reveal a new designer to Big Canoe, and her first name is Lilly. Read on for all the details. Now this is Big Canoe Living! Cheers, TAKE OUR SURVEY
