ART. 3 - Participating foreign countries are the only responsibles for their representations. ART. 4 - Participating forms should include a specified list with prices and photos of the works of art with a for'IVard presentation, concerning the selected display and the participant's curricula for the general catalogue and previous announcement through the press. In order to facilitate public guidance during the exhibition we suggest the drafting of individual biographical summaries and criticai review of the work of each participant. ART. 5 - Participation forms should supply instructions as the setting-up of the exhibit pointing out spécifically and in writing, those details relative to lighting and needed power (electric system in Brasil: 110/220 - 60 cycles) as well as other information of museological nature. ART. 6 - The works of art must arrive until August 15th., 1979, ali at once along with the catalogues prepared by the participating countries. ART. 7 - The works of art shouJd be addressed to)0.J International Biennial of São Paulo, Fundação Bienal de São Paulo Caixa Postal 7832 - São Paulo, Brazil, via Santos (São Paulo) when dispatched by ship and via Congonhas Airport (São Paulo, SP), when the transportation is by airfreight. ART. 8 - The works of artshould be accompanied by bureaucratic customs procedures even in case of free transportation. ART. 9 - The Fundação Bienal de São Paulo will be responsible for transportation charges in Brazil (from local of disembarkation at the Fundação Bienal de São Pauloandfromthereto reembarkation) as well as for expenses pertaining to unpacking, re-packing and assembly of the works of art, when there will be no need of a special processo ART. 10- If certain works of art demand special and additional setting-up, the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo should be previously informed and the .expenses are up to the exhibitors. ART. 11 - According to customs requirements, foreign works of art will not be allowed to remain in the country over a period of 180 days since the admission date.

ART. 12 - The embarkation notices should be followed of a list of the works of art, in three copies including: - na me of the artist - title of the work - technic - dimensions - value - sale price CHAPTER 111 - BRAZILlAN PARTICIPATION ART. 1 - Brazilian representation will be constituted by: I. Artists previously rewarded in the International Biennials. 11. An exhibition with the maximum of 15 (fifteen) artists, organized by the ABCA (Associação Brasileira de Críticos de Arte), with a total of until 10 (ten) works of art for each artist . ART.,2 - Participation forms should include a specified list with prices and photos of the works of art with a forward presentation, concernig the selected displav and the participant's curricula for the general catalogue and previous announ cement through the press. In order to facilitate public guidance during the exhibition we suggest the drafting of individual biographical summaries and criticai 'reviews on the work of each participant. ART. 3 - Works of art must be delivered to the Funddção Bienal de São Paulo not late r than August 15th, 1979. ART. 4 - For the Brazilian participant, the final remova I of the works of art will be of 90 (ninety) days starting from the closing date of XV Il')ternational Biennial of São Paulo. This time exhausted the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo will decide about their destination at its convenience. CH.APTER IV - SALE$ ART. 1 - The purchase of works of art being exhibited at the XV International São Paulo Biennial can only be done through the Sales Department of the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo. ART. 2 - The prices of the works of art determined by the artists should be declared in the customs declaration. Any later alte~ation will not be allowed. Works of art which are not for sale should be spedified in the participation form and in the respective customs declaration.
