UN MARCHIO CON UNA LUNGA STORIA A BRAND WITH A LO NG HISTORY

Ottavio Bottecchia Il primo agosto 1894 nasceva a Borgo San Martino di Colle Umberto, in provincia di Treviso, Ottavio Bottecchia. Fin da ragazzo Ottavio coltivava la sua passione partecipando a gare di ciclismo ed al termine della Grande Guerra iniziò la sua carriera da ciclista.

Molte le vittorie ed i piazzamenti che portarono il campione, nel 1923, ad arrivare secondo al Tour de France, ed a vincerlo conquistando la maglia gialla nei due anni successivi.

Bottecchia è stato il primo italiano a vincere la prestigiosa competizione francese ed il primo corridore nella storia del Tour ad aver indossato la maglia gialla dalla prima all’ultima tappa.

Ottavio Bottecchia was born on 1st August 1894 in Borgo San Martino di Colle Umberto, near Treviso. Since when he was a young boy, Ottavio cultivated his passion participating in races and at the end of the First World War he began his career as cyclist.

A lot of victories and good positioning brought the champion to second place at the Tour de France in 1923, and to the first place at the Tour for the next two years, conquering the yellow jersey.

Bottecchia has been the first Italian to win the prestigious french competition and the first cyclist in the history of the Tour who has won the yellow jersey from the first to the last stage

La parte ciclistica è strutturata per offrire il massimo comfort in tutte le situazioni, grazie alla geometria comoda per la salita e discesa, alla forcella ammortizzata di ottima qualità ed a tutte le componenti di ottimo livello. La parte elettrica, basata sul sistema a sensore di pedalata, è abilmente integrata e permette un uso molto semplice del veicolo con la distribuzione ottimale dei pesi, conferendo un bilanciamento ideale tale da poter usare tranquillamente la bici anche in assenza di carica elettrica.

La batteria a 36v e 14ah, gestita direttamente dal computer LCD posto sul manubrio, è molto capiente ed assicura un’ottima autonomia che può arrivare sino a 70 Km.

The cycling part assures a great comfort in every situation, thanks to the comfortable geometry for climbing and descending, the high quality shock absorber fork and all the high quality components.
