PURPOSE: TO GIVE DEVELOPERS
A DIGITAL TOOL TO ACQUIRE INFORMATION ON ASSETS
The capture of asset information is critical for the operations of the building. It is required to be turned over to the operators and management. This allows for the development of a maintenance plan to keep equipment in compliance with the MFG warranty.
How it works: the development team enrolls each subcontractor into the APP. Then, the subcontractor ensures their team captures all information about the installed asset during the development.
Benefits to the Developer:
• Complete Digital inventory of all assets in a project.
• Eliminates the need to turn over binders of manuals and the staff it takes to do this work.
Developers can track the work level of all subcontractors.
• Management can use the list of assets to input into their management system.
• Management now has a digital inventory of assets and floor plans by floor.
