Home Partners of America offers a Lease Purchase Program and is committed to making homeownership a reality for more people. Agents refer renters to qualify for the program at HomePartners.com. Qualified renters select an eligible home for sale in a community we serve and elect to rent for up to five years in most markets. Agents earn a full sales commission representing Home Partners on the purchase of the home. The household has the right, but not the obligation to purchase the home at any time during their residency for a pre-agreed price. Our program is helping more people get into great homes, in neighborhoods they love.
