Ninja Selling Installation

We know you’ve always wanted to be a ninja {Hi-ya!}… here’s your chance! Once a year, we host a Ninja Selling Installation training that is limited to 50 agents. Increase your business and listings taken by practicing the Ninja philosophy… less selling and more creating value for your customers! The Ninja Selling system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and helping them achieve their goals.

Entreprenuer Academy

This is a total of four round-table discussions based around a business-building topic. You are invited to a certain session based on your experience, so you are among likeproducing agents for a richer conversation.

Marketing Roadshows

The marketing and education department teams up and makes their way around to our offices in our 6 different counties for a day of marketing training with an opportunity to sit down one-on-one with a member of the marketing or education department!
