Onboarding Sessions: Our team will do a personalized session with you upon partnering with us to assist you with everything needed to gain access to our systems and get your business fully operational.

Business Planning: This is a live comprehensive class to help you plan for the business you want. Topic experts will be present to help ensure all areas of your business are covered and understood before you dive in. This occurs the 2nd Monday of every month from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm.

New To The Business

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices University: Four-week in-person training sessions (Tuesday and Wednesday) to help you kick-start your career. We will teach best practices, legal pitfalls, technology platforms and the basics of everything you need to be successful with this new journey.

Mentor Program: Our mentor program that partners you with an in-office expert to help expedite your success and provide you with hands-on training from a peer.

Continuing Education And Certifications

New Homes Specialist Training Course: Allows you the opportunity to have this professional designation that provides you with expert sales and negotiation training but also allows you the opportunity to earn 1% more on preferred builder sales.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Relocation Certification: Upon meeting Criteria, you will have the opportunity to partner with our Relocation Division to earn our in-house designation and gain the expertise and education needed to serve our corporate clients.

Webinars: We offer live and recorded training and workshops on business building and various technology platforms so you can utilize each platform to its fullest potential.

Ninja Selling: Personalized coaching based on the Ninja Selling system. The Ninja Selling system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about how to create value for people.

LearnCenter Resource: LearnCenter Resource is your tool for real estate best practices and educational training that will help you reach your professional goals.
