We will mail 50 just listed postcards to homes surrounding your listing at our expense to help you with your marketing efforts. You have the option to use the auto-generated postcard or make any changes you’d like to the content on the postcard! Another bonus, our partnership with RealMailers allows you to customize a mailing list to who this postcard goes to!

Provides automated postcard designs for more than just listed properties. There are designs for Open House, Price Reduced, Just Sold and Vacant Land. Bonus: we’ve designed a Luxury Collection version for Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced and Just Sold, so if your property meets the current threshold criteria it will be branded accordingly.

Hand-draw the target area on the map or mail to a radius. Filter targeted homes by number of bedrooms, year built, etc.

Similar to scheduling a social media post, you can schedule postcard campaigns to mail out on a certain date!

You’ll receive email notifications of when a postcard campaign has been created. For just listed poscards, you have 48 hours to make any changes. You’ll see a convenient count down clock on the dashboard so you know exactly how much time you have left. You also have the option to pause the campaign to give yourself more time to make edits.
