The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Automated Listing Program, powered by Chalk Digital, automatically adds your listings to some of the most popular apps and websites in the world The program identifies potential buyers through a combination of past online activity from the likes of mortgage calculators, home listings and search portals plus data-driven analysis An ad for your listing is then placed on the mobile and online destinations these buyers visit most frequently, including:

Unique Viewers / Visitors The total number of individual recipients who have opened or viewed a specific campaign, regardless of how many times they may have interacted with it
Total Views
Each time a unique viewer interacts with your email by either opening or previewing it in their inbox, the total views count increases This metric tracks the overall number of views for a specific campaign
Total Clicks
The total number of times links are clicked on your email, split into results for each link
Bounced
The email address was bad, and the email could not be delivered Best practice is to remove this email address from your distribution list
