With only 2 months of inventory, 2 homes for sale, 2 homes under contract, The Citrus is back in the seller’s market trend.
Does the market still support a high price point in The Citrus? There are basically no homes for sale and a lot of buyers’ demand. Therefore the price of the homes in The Citrus will remain high. We will most probably not reach the highest peaks of last May, but most of the sellers will realize a strong profit.
The properties for sale stays a little longer on the market, no problem with this. The buyers are taking their time, they don’t feel the urgency of acquiring their property right away, but they are here and they are buying.
As a comparison, even if PGA West is a slightly different market, it went from 8 months of inventory in October to 2.7 months of inventory in December. So this is the trend: Low inventory and buyers in town. Good news if you want to sell!
