ABOUT ME

A long-time resident of the Wood River Valley, I came to ski for a season before law school after graduating from California State University-Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance. They say about Sun Valley “you come for the winters and stay for the summers”, and after that first year in the mountains, I was hooked, and made Sun Valley home in 1985.

With a background in commercial leasing, construction, and property management in Southern California, I joined the local real estate community after earning my Broker’s license, GRI designation, and Certified Residential Appraisal license. For nearly 25 years I have assisted buyers, sellers, and homeowners with an emphasis on luxury residential and recreational properties throughout the Wood River Valley.

Today’s complex real estate environment has created tremendous opportunities for seasoned investors and first-time participants alike, requiring a Realtor with strong valuation skills, broad scope marketing, thoughtful negotiating skills, professional networking, and an eye for detail, all balanced with a dose of common sense. What worked in the past is insufficient for this new market, and my unique skillset and personal commitment is well-matched for today’s challenges. I provide local knowledge, integrity, and have a firm belief that real estate transactions should be professionally conducted, yet can be a pleasurable experience for all involved.

I complement my professional pursuits with family and community involvement--I have served on the boards of the Animal Shelter and Sagebrush Equine Training Center for the Handicapped, and the Sun Valley Board of Realtors. I currently spend time supporting Higher Ground, helping locals and veterans through sports, and serving on the Wood River Women’s Foundation.
