I have been fortunate enough to live my entire life in this county and had the opportunity to participate in youth programs, receive my education from a local high school, marry and raise my family here. The Board of Directors and I are committed to “continuous improvement� opportunities for our community and citizens. It is a pleasure to serve on the Chamber Board with members that care and are willing to seek innovative ways to promote and maintain local economic growth and development. The chamber has an ongoing “Buy Local” campaign, encouraging county residents to shop and support locally owned businesses and entrepreneurs first. For every dollar spent locally, $.68 goes back into the community to help fund our Logan County government services.
In a word it’s Hospitality! Did you know your Chamber office is the first place visitors stop when arriving to Logan County? The Chamber office is the Welcome/Resource Center for visitors as well as elected officials visiting Logan County, and your membership helps support this activity. The Chamber also offers many resources to assist new and relocating businesses coming to our area.
The Chamber Chat monthly newsletter will keep you connected to other businesses and your community. Promotional advertising opportunities in the “Chamber Chat” are also available with your membership. Join the Chamber staff, Chamber Ambassadors, and many business member representatives at First Thursdays monthly coffee hour as well as Business After Hours programs.

The Chamber is an organization managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, established to promote civic, commercial, industrial and agricultural progress within its community. We work diligently with community partners for the establishment of sound legislation and efficient administration at all levels of government. Monthly Legislative meetings are held to keep you apprised of the latest regulations and represent you and your business interests.
Chamber members have the opportunity to become involved in the Safety Council, Human Resource Group and Seminars offered by the chamber. These meetings provide network opportunities and allow members to share resources and updates. The Chamber also hosts presentations throughout the year on topics relevant to local business.

Economic Development New Honda Heritage Center Location – 24025 Honda Parkway, Marysville, Ohio 43040 Museum – The Honda museum pays tribute to Honda’s unique tradition and highlights products and significant milestones in the history of Honda in North America during the past 55 years, including a natural focus on the role of Honda’s operations in Ohio. The center, which will open to the public in January 2015, will provide a place to host community and student groups, as well as visitors. Technical Development Center – The Technical Development Center focuses on advancing the skills of Honda engineers, equipment service technicians, and line-side associates involved in auto production at Honda plants in Ohio and throughout North America. This will help prepare Honda and its associates for the 21st century of manufacturing where success will be defined by the successful interaction between associates and advanced technology. The technical center features five dedicated classrooms and includes robotic manufacturing cells designed to give technicians more handson experience. The curriculum provides instruction in basic fundamentals such as fluid power, maintenance math and frequency drives as well as advanced training for specialized areas, such as die molds and machining.
