We will have a Presidential Debate Watch Party on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 7:30pm. Please sign up and let us know if you will attend or not. We will have voter registration as well.

87TH CHURCH ANNIVERSARY & HOMECOMING
We will be celebrating our 87th Church Anniversary & Homecoming on September 14-15, 2024.
Please spread the word and share the flyers. Use the hashtag #bethedenblockparty and #bethedenfw when posting about the events. Get all the details below and on the block party website, www.bethedenblockparty.com
Saturday, September 14: Community Block Party - 9am-2pm
Food vendors, free community resources and services, bounce houses, bumper cars, train rides, 97.9 The Beat, free raffles and prizes, free clothing giveaway, free haircuts, Bingo, live performances and much more. Invite everyone you know.
DONATIONS:
If you have any prizes you would like to donate for Bingo, please bring them to the front office at the church.
We will have Beverly's Boutique: A Beth-Eden Clothing Closet open during the Block Party. If you have any clothes or accessories you would like to donate, please bring them to the church on Sunday.
If you are in need of a church shirt to wear for the celebrations (or any event), we have quite a few that have been donated. Various sizes and types of shirts are on a rack in the gym. Stop by and get you one.
Saturday, September 14: 1-Mile Walk/Run - 9am
Registration open here Body . First 50 people to register and use the code community at checkout will receive free registration. Otherwise registration is $5 for adults 19 & over and free for 18 and under, but they must still register. Invite your walk clubs, friends and others.
Sunday, September 15: 87th Church Anniversary & Homecoming Service - 10:30am
“Trusting God in Unfamiliar Territory” - Isaiah 30:21
After an event filled Saturday, come worship with us on Sunday as we continue the celebration.

Participants 18 & under are FREE
Adults 19 & over are $5
First 50 people to register and use the Code “Community” at checkout will be free.
Participants who register before September 11th will have their names included on both the bib and acrylic.
Those registering after September 11th will still receive these items, but without their names included.

PACE is a nationwide program that enables owners of commercial and industrial property to obtain low cost, long-term financing for energy/water efficiency improvements made to existing or new construction (eg. HVAC systems, lighting upgrades, water management, etc).
This event is a fantastic opportunity for property owners, developers, contractors, lenders, architects, and community leaders to learn how PACE financing can help redevelop/repurpose buildings using longterm financing with no upfront costs.
We will have representatives from the Texas PACE Authority on-hand to showcase the program, and Farukh Aslam, owner of the Sinclair Hotel will be there to share the story of how he used the program to restore his property and lower his energy costs.
