Lunch & Learn events are member-hosted programs that utilize the Chamber building.
How it works:
Chamber members are welcome to host a Lunch & Learn program at the Chamber office to promote their business or service. Program can be held as a breakfast or lunch meeting, as long as the space is available and pre-approved. Hosts pay the Chamber an admin fee to track registration and promote on the website and email blasts.
Event requirements:
Host are responsible for purchasing food for the event. Any food must be purchased through a Carlisle Chamber member
Coffee can be provided by the Chamber at a charge per cup
Host plans, presents, and cleans up event
Host creates all graphics for event promotion to be used on event website and Chamber email blast (includes 4 weeks of email graphics)
Additional event promotion may be purchased
Chamber tracks registration, but does not guarantee event attendance
All event promotion material must state that program is not endorsed or promoted by the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce

The four Cumberland County Chambers of Commerce - Carlisle Area, Mechanicsburg, Shippensburg Area, and West Shore Chambers of Commerce - and in partnership with the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation/Cumberland Valley Visitors Bureau, are requesting sponsorship support for the 16th Annual Mega Mixer. U.S. ARMY WAR COLLEGE WELCOME BAGS
Each summer the Chamber provides “Welcome Bags” to the hundreds of military students that arrive to study at Carlisle’s own US Army War College. With them come their families who will live, work and play in the greater Carlisle area. They will become our neighbors, friends, colleagues, and students. Welcome bags provide two major benefits: they help the new arrivals get acquainted with the Carlisle community AND they provide an opportunity for our members to reach a new audience…for FREE!
This member benefit is a cost-effective way for businesses to introduce their services to the newest members of our neighborhood.
