General Question PART ONE : EB ROLE UNDERSTANDING -Please use a noun to describe the position of EB, MS, MB in AIESEC NTHU? (1)Why do you use those nouns to define those positions? (2)Please explain the interaction among those role. (3)Please draw a timeline of EB. And according to this timeline, please write down the JD of EB.

PART TWO : AIESEC ESSENCE -Please explain the AIESEC Way, AIESEC2020 and AIESEC experience. (1)In your opinion, what's the connection among those three elements. (2)Please elaborate the connection between AIESEC NTHU and AIESEC essence.

PART THREE : ORGANIZATION THINKING -What is uniqueness of AIESEC NTHU in Campus and AIESEC in Taiwan.

Specific Question-IGT 1. Please take the AIESEC way and AIESEC experience as reference and answer the following questions: (1)In your opinion, why do AIESEC run IGT? (2)What is the role IGT playing in AIESEC NTHU? What is the importance of the existence of IGT in AIESEC

2. Please list down the stakeholders of IGT VP , and describe how you make good use of those relations. 3. According to your report, please do SWOT analysis of IGT. Please answer the following questions. (1)What are 2 ordeals of NTHU IGT nowadays? What's the bottleneck and solution? Please use data to support your view. (2)What's the future direction you set for IGT?


Specific Question-IGV 1. What is the role IGV playing in AIESEC NTHU? What is the importance of the existence of IGV in this LC? 2. Base on new customer flow, please point out success and failure of IGV in 2018 and explain the reasons. How would you do to make it better? 3. What is your development strategy of IGV in 2019? Please take DBL, ET series, ET2.0, CE these main projects into your consideration. 4. List down as many as stakeholders you will need to interact as a VP IGV, and try to explain "the relations between you, VP IGV, and the stakeholders" and "how the stakeholders affect each others"?


Specific Question-OGT 1. What is the role OGT playing in AIESEC NTHU? Why do we need to run OGT in this LC? 2. The following Question are about National Trend (1) Please explain national OGT strategy from these three years(1617,1718,1819). (2) Please write down how 1819 MC Strategy help OGT Function in NTHU. 3. The following Question are about project understanding (1) Please find out one GE and GT project. And, Do the case study from them. (The content have to include Country, industry, Job description, Company Background, Salary, Food/Accommodation, why do this company and country need a internship from Taiwan? ) (2) What is the difference between GE and GT product? (including Value Position...)


Specific Question-OGT 4. The following Question are about CEM (1) Please list down EP‘s experience path depend on Customer Flow (including Phase, Touch point, Needs, Behavior, Feeling, Thought, Emotion) (2) What kind of obstacles you may meet in the way to approve a EP (e.g. leads 不足、 conversion rate太低、國外IGT不回應...). (3) Specifically, how can you facilitate the EP from the following dimension (a.) CV / Interview (b.) Mindset


Specific Question-OGV 1. What is the role OGV playing in AIESEC NTHU? What is the importance of the existence of OGV in this LC? 2. The following Question are about CRM (1) Please list down EP's experience path depend on Customer Flow (including Phase, Touch point, Needs, Behavior, Feeling, Thought, Emotion) (2) What is the position among LEAD Session, OPS, RS? (3) Please break down EP's LEAD development and how to facilitate in their customer journey(including IoJ) (4) How to make sure Exchange Standard will be fulfilled by OGV and IGV? (5) How to create closing journey to improve Brand Advocacy 3. The following Question are about your plan (1) Please list down your 2019 OGV milestone and explain (2) What kind of obstacles you may meet when you achieve the milestone? and how to solve it?


Specific Question-FN 1. Please try as many as dimensions you can to explain what the roles finance department play in the EB team (e.g. manage account or manage money?manager or leader?) 2. From Finance perspective, Please analysis LC financial difficulties through financial figures and KPIs(e.g. cash flow/annual fee/ function expenditure and so on;KPI:ROI/CBA.) From Legality perspective, Please refer to other LC's compendium, please select at least one dimension(e.g. voting/fund chapter)and improve it. (ref:goo.gl/cSj277) 3. Draw Finance & Legality one year operation timeline, and what's your strategy during this timeline?


Specific Question-TM 1. Why do AIESEC have to run TM function? and, what is the importance of TM Function in AIESEC NTHU? 2. What kinds of Talent you want to cultivate by AIESEC in NTHU? and Why do AIESEC in NTHU need this kind of Talent? 3. The Following Questions are about Learning & Development (1) What is competence? Please explain the content of Professional, Management, Core competence. (2) List down any channel that can develop our talent. (3) How can you implement the competence on the channels you list down. 4. The Following Questions are about Evaluation (1) How can you evaluate our talent? Please provide your opinion from Human Recourse and Program Director perspective. (2) Please provide your insight from 5 talent KPIs these three years(2016-2018)


Specific Question-MKT 1. Please study structure and strategy of MC 1415~1819 and AIESEC NTHU 2017,2018. (1)Why do AIESEC NTHU need MKT? (2)Please elaborate the key success and key failure of those generation.

2. What's marketing flow and its content? Please elaborate it. 3. Please do a research for our OGX's competitors. (1)What's the unique selling point of OGV&OGT?
