Introducing our sister company HF Owen Transport and Storage Ltd into the Chamber
Delivery Solutions (Delsol) Ltd have great pleasure in introducing Bangor-based HF Owen to the rapidly expanding Chamber membership.
Founded in 1972 as a traditional haulier, HF Owen became a subsidiary of the Delsol group in 2019 and has embraced change and grown year on year ever since.
Geraint Walker became MD in 2024, having previously been the Transport Manager for the business. He was instrumental in introducing a major change in July of 2023 when HF Owen became the member representing Gwynedd in the Pallet Track network, which opened opportunities for new and existing customers to have UK-wide network pallet deliveries done on time, every time! Meanwhile, the traditional haulage side of the business has become increasingly busy as connections with Irish companies via Holyhead port have been encouraged and our reputation for quality and service has been recognised. That recognition was cemented in February this year at the annual Pallet Track Awards, where HF Owen swept the board scooping three awards in the UK-wide network, not bad for a fairly new depot in rural North Wales!

“We’re really pleased to be joining the Chamber of Commerce. As a logistics company with deep roots in the region and a proud member of the Pallet-Track network, we understand the value of strong business connections, both locally and nationally. Being recognised with awards like ‘Best Use of Technology’ has reinforced our belief in the power of innovation and collaboration. We’re looking forward to working with fellow members to share ideas, support one another, and keep the region’s supply chains moving.” Geraint Walker, HF Owen.
“Delsol has been a proud member of the Chamber for approaching two years and was overwhelmed to be award finalists last year. This year, we introduced Delsol International, our start-up import and export business, to the Chamber, and I am delighted to welcome our sister company HF Owen Transport & Storage Ltd as a new member. We are looking to strengthen local connections and form partnerships with other like-minded businesses across the region.” Kathy Jones, Group Chief Executive.
Both Kathy and Geraint are extremely excited about HF Owen joining the Chamber and getting to know the excellent businesses that meet on a regular basis. In transport, connections are vital for growth and understanding the importance of the local community.
