Our focus has always been, and continues to be, on the health and wellbeing of our staff, patrons and the broader community as we face the COVID-19 pandemic together.

The following measures are currently in place within our Club as we are committed to keeping you safe.

Sanitiser stations have been put throughout the Club to ensure you have access when needed.

1.5m social distancing in place within the Club and monitored by designated COVID Marshals Increased cleaning of the Club is carried out on a daily basis to ensure everything is up to standard.

COVID Marshals monitoring and ensuring patrons are seated and not intermingling.

COVID Marshals on duty throughout the Club at all times wearing distiguishable vests.

Sneeze guards fitted to registers giving an extra layer of safety between patrons and staff Controlled traffic flow throughout the Club to limit mingling and promote distancing.

No groups larger than 10 in accordance with the NSW Government restrctions.

Members are provided face masks should they choose to wear them.

A NOTE FROM THE CEO Welcome to the first digitised format version of our “What’s On Guide”. We have found during the pandemic, guidelines can change quickly and we need to be agile with policies, procedures and our communications. On this basis, we have reviewed the manner in which we update our Members to ensure effective and accurate Club information is being distributed in a more dynamic way. As a result, you can now find your “What’s on Guide” on the Belmont 16s’ website, social platforms, the bi-monthly direct emails and of course our recently launched Member exclusive App. In recent weeks we have taken the opportunity to reintroduce both the Meat Raffle on Thursdays at 6pm as well as the Sunday Lifestyle Raffle which is now drawn at 2.30pm to allow for lunch service to be concluded, so we can better manage our patron capacity as part of our COVID Safe plan. This is another example of the 16s “new normal” as we continue to focus on the health and wellbeing of our staff, patrons and the broader community.

Just in time for the launch of the SALT menu keep your eye out for our October Points Power promotion. This Members only promotion is a fantastic way to draw maximum value from your Membership and offers a 50% discount when paying with your Ascent Points in either Sails Eatery or SALT Steak and Seafood. If you are unsure on how many Ascent Points you have accrued this year, download our App, links and instructional guidelines are within this “What’s on Guide” for your assistance.

Moving forward, our investment in safety measures and operational longevity look to be the foundations of some positive things to come.

While live entertainment, some feature events and promotions are still in tentative stages, they are becoming more and more a possibility.
