payable sale day in Canadian Dollars, March 31, 2018, to the producer of the animal(s) purchased. All settlements must be made with the sale clerk before the animals will be released, unless there has been an agreement made between the seller and purchaser prior to the sale. DISPUTES In case of disputes the bidding will be reopened between the parties. If there are no further bids, the buyer will be the person the auctioneer accepted the last bid from. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final. INSURANCE Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser at the time of sale. If the animals are not taken home by the new owner sale day, arrangements must be made with the seller on March 31, 2018 for delivery. Animals returning to the seller’s farm must be insured. HEALTH GUARANTEES All bulls and females are guaranteed breeders and in good breeding condition. All bulls are semen tested & guaranteed to be breeders. Each animal becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as sold. All bulls must be insured. DELIVERY We are pleased to deliver cattle free of charge within 250 miles, further at cost. Anyone taking advantage of the free trucking must insure their bulls. Free board is offered until May 1, 2018, and at a cost of $3/day thereafter. IN-HERD SEMEN Summit 3 consignors reserve the right to draw semen for in-herd use - at their expense and at the buyer’s convenience - on any bull in the sale. LIABILITIES: All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The seller, facility owner and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents that occur.
