Message from the President

During the Thanksgiving season, there is always so much to be thankful for here at Bellarmine.

One of my favorite traditions at Bellarmine is our Interfaith Prayer Service, when students from a variety of different faith traditions share about their own experiences of prayer. As a Jesuit school, we are deeply committed to helping each of our students to cultivate their inner life and their habits of reflection. It is wonderful to see the many ways in which God is at work on our campus, and how students are more deeply connecting with their families and their selves as they begin to determine what they believe and the role that faith will play in their own lives.

While communal prayer over the public address system has long been a regular part of our school day at Bellarmine, this year we have made a slight adjustment to the daily bell schedule to allow a full five minutes for prayer at 10:30 each morning. Nearly every day, we begin with some deep breathing – taking a long slow breath in, holding that breath for five seconds, then taking a long, slow breath out. We repeat this a couple of times. I have to tell you that this practice of slow, deliberate focus on our breathing has been incredibly helpful for me, and I have seen the positive impact it has had on our school community. Many days, it’s the only time I’m intentional about slowing down to that degree and centering myself. What a gift!

We are incredibly proud of our many accomplishments at Bellarmine – whether of our remarkable 28 National Merit Semifinalists this year, the many championships we have won on the athletic field of competition this past year, or our third consecutive national title in speech and debate – we have much to celebrate and many sources of pride. But I firmly believe that the most important work we do is not in helping our students to win – but in helping them to be reflective, generous, kind people. Their skills and achievements are going to help them to be leaders, and we want to make sure they are going to be the kinds of leaders who will make us very proud because of how deeply they think and reflect, and the loving, generous response that inspires in them.

The pages of this magazine speak to the remarkable generosity of you, our alumni, parents, faculty and staff, and friends of the school. We are all so grateful to you and want you to know that your generosity is vitally important in helping us to form the leaders of tomorrow.

Gratefully,

Bellarmine College Prep Magazine Fall/Winter 2024

Editor’s Note

“The great use of a life is to spend it for something that outlasts it.”

I recently happened upon the quotation noted above and think it speaks volumes about philanthropy and about being of service to others; common themes found throughout this Annual Report of Giving edition of our magazine.

Bellarmine College Prep is blessed to have loyal benefactors who consistently support the mission of our school. In addition to much needed financial resources, Bellarmine benefits from volunteers who, in conjunction with our faculty and staff, engage through countless hours of planning and implementing events which, as a result, strengthen our community. We are truly grateful to every individual and entity included in our donor listings in this publication. Each of you significantly helps make Bellarmine the special community that it is.

Indeed, having been established 173 years ago and with a very exciting and promising future, Bellarmine will be, as Jones notes in the quotation above, “something that outlasts us.” Certainly, gifting to Bellarmine is a way to support our students who will go on to do great things in service to others which, in turn, will provide perpetual goodness. I cannot think of a better return on investment.

May this Christmas and holiday season bring you and your family many blessings.

Warm regards,

IC Message from the President

We Are Called to Serve: Reflecting on An Experience

I am not sure I really believe in “ bucket lists”. I mean, there are so many things in the world to see, to do, and to experience, how can we ever boil it down to 100, 50, or 10? In fact, I would say your life is a “ bucket list ” and whatever you accomplish during your time on earth is fulfilling, noteworthy, and surely valuable. However, in my first 18 months at Bellarmine, I had several “ bucket list ” items. And I must say that my trip to the Tenderloin District for the San Francisco Urban Plunge was definitely on my Bellarmine "must do list."

People often ask me about Bellarmine and my transition to the school. I have enjoyed everything that has a “B” on it as well as wearing the latest swag from the campus store. While I can never claim to be an alum, no one believes in our community more than me. Ironically, what has been more difficult is my embarkation to the U.S. And while my family made frequent summer visits to San Diego in my ten-year hiatus, I always knew I would depart, which allowed me to ignore some of the painful portraits of the U.S.

During my brief stays, what I noticed more than anything was the change in the human condition; homelessness was more rampant than ever before. Of course, this was more amplified because of my residence in Japan; a country where there are very few, if any, people sleeping on the streets, in tents, or dislocated from their homes. Japan was a security blanket for me; I could ignore the reality of what was happening in my country - I was an expatriate!

Fast forward to this October when I ventured to San Francisco with seven students and two other adults to care for the homeless in the Tenderloin District. To say I was a "little" scared would be far from the truth; I was terrified. My first day found me walking the streets avoiding people, clutching my wallet, and wondering "why did I decide to do this?" However, I remember the moment — that conversation — that made me realize, there

is nothing to fear. For and with others; God can be seen in all things.

I was tentative in my approach, but I recklessly said, "Excuse me sir, can you tell me your story?" Not hesitating one moment, the elderly gentlemen replied, "Why? Why? Why do you want to know? You don't care about me!" Not having planned for that reply, I suddenly said, "Ok, do you mind if I tell you my story?" He quickly replied, "No, my story is more important than what you have to tell me." And at that moment — and forever after — that statement will ring true.

Words can never capture the moment as vividly as the experience itself, but what was so meaningful for me was the opportunity to hear the experience of another human beingto avoid judgement, to be sensitive, not to feel sorry for, but to listen. There is very little that separates me from the people in the Tenderloin; we always must remain committed to serving those less fortunate than us.

In this season of giving, let us not forget that our calling is to serve our brothers and sisters beyond the needs of ourselves. My experience does not allow me to say I "understand." It takes far more than a two-day temporary stay to "understand" a situation as complex as being homeless in America. However, what God calls all of us to do is keep our brethren in our prayers, dedicate more of our lives to service, and give to the greater good of humanity.

During this holiday season, I encourage all of us to be the best version of ourselves we can be - the world needs us more than ever!

Have one Bell of a holiday season!

2024 Alumni Hall of Fame Honorees

Three distinguished Bellarmine alumni and the 2001 Wrestling Team are the newest inductees of the school’s Alumni Hall of Fame.

This year’s honorees and their respective categories are John A. Sobrato ’56, founder, The Sobrato Organization and Sobrato Philanthropies (Business); Frank Bergon ’61, author and English professor, Vassar College (Humanities and the Arts); John Glaspy, MD, MPH ’71, oncologist and professor of medicine, UCLA Medical (Science and Medicine); and the 2001 Wrestling Team, CCS Team Champions and CIF Scholastic Champions (Athletics).

The Bellarmine Hall of Fame event was held on campus the evening of August 24, with the ceremony taking place in the Sobrato Center for Humanities and the Arts, followed by an outdoor reception and dinner on the Leo J. and Mary G. Lucas Quad.

The honorees, photographed above, were recognized for their ongoing dedication to being men for and with others in their chosen professions, exemplifying the Ignatian tradition of service.

Additional information about the Bellarmine Hall of Fame is available online at: www.bcp.org/bhof.

National Merit Semifinalists

A remarkable 28 Bellarmine students from the Class of 2025 are among the less than 1% of current seniors in the United States who were named semifinalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program.

The semifinalists, as announced on September 11, qualified based on their scores on the Preliminary SAT. Approximately 95 percent of those named are expected to attain finalist standing based on an application detailing such factors as academic performance, leadership, and participation in activities. About half the finalists will go on to receive a National Merit Scholarship, which is scheduled to be announced in spring 2025.

Congratulations to the following Bells for this outstanding achievement as National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists: Josh Ajiwibawa, Arjun Arya, Elijah Chau, Ian Choe, Daniel Chu, Samarjit Deshmukh, Zane D’souza, Ayush Ghosh, Jonathan Ho, Akshay Irudayaraj, Aaron Jaison, Daniel Jiang, Luke Jun, Reid Kennedy, Vayun Krishna, Avi Lekkelapudi, John Li, Samuel Lin, Winston Ling, Calvin Park, Derek Qian, Samskrith Raghav, Abhijay Rana, Jule Rohana, Eli Santos, Arthur Tu, Brian Zhao, and Shuwen Zheng.

Congratulations to these students on their outstanding academic achievement!

Behind the Collar: Fr. Rob Scholla, S.J.

In July 2024, Fr. Robert William Scholla, S.J. was appointed superior of the Bellarmine Jesuit Community by Fr. Sean Carroll, S.J., provincial of Jesuits West Province. Fr. Scholla succeeds Fr. Mario Prietto, S.J. who served in this role for ten years and who has been missioned to Sacred Heart Jesuit Center in Los Gatos. While residing with his fellow Jesuits at Bellarmine, Fr. Scholla is continuing his teaching ministry at Santa Clara University. We welcome Fr. Scholla to Bellarmine and we are grateful for his following responses, as we get to know a bit more about this special individual Behind the Collar.

Favorite prayer: “Prayer is always the gift of the Holy Spirit. However, for my part I find that time for ’centering prayer,’ followed by a lectio divina of the scriptures that the Church has selected for that day to be a helpful springboard to begin the workday. While Mass and other liturgical prayer punctate my day, at the day’s close, I find an Ignatian examen to be most helpful in reviewing how I may or may not have responded to the Spirit’s urgings during that day’s labors.”

Favorite type of music: “After seven years of working and studying in Rome, my heart is strengthened by the hopeful and energetic music of the Italian Baroque –Corelli, Gabrieli, the Scarlattis, Vivaldi, and my Jesuit brother, Domenico Zipoli.”

Favorite movie: “I totally enjoy the 1938 classic, Bringing Up Baby, with Katharine Hepburn and Cary Grant.”

Favorite food: “On a Friday evening, I find consolation in a simple plate of linguini aglio e olio, sometimes with a dash of peperoncino. Coupled with a glass of fullbodied red wine, the weekend can begin.”

Personal philosophy: “Continually ask God for the grace to be generous and joyful.”

Date entered Society of Jesus: “I entered Our Lady Queen of Peace Novitiate in Montecito, California on September 1, 1976.”

Date ordained: “I was ordained as a priest in St. Ignatius Church in San Francisco on June 7, 1986.”

History of assignments as a member of the Society of Jesus: “After professing first vows in August 1978, I was assigned to graduate studies at Fordham University in the Bronx, where I completed my M.A. in Humanities specializing in Ancient and Medieval Philosophy. I have been blessed to have taught for seven and a half years in Jesuit Secondary Schools; these include Boston College High School, Brophy College Prep, and Loyola High School in Los Angeles. As a novice, I even was lucky enough to teach at Bellarmine College Prep in the Spring of 1978.

I spent seven years working and studying in Rome. For my first year in Rome (1982-83), I worked in the Roman Curia of the Society of Jesus. After that I would spend six years in theological studies at the Gregorian University, completing my Doctorate in Sacred Theology in 1991.

After completing graduate studies, I have spent most of my teaching career—thirty years—in higher education, working at such institutions as Boston College, Loyola Marymount University, and Santa Clara University.

Although I continue to teach and serve at Santa Clara University, on July 31, 2024,

the Provincial appointed me as superior at Bellarmine College Prep, where I reside and where I strive to support not only the great work at Bellarmine, but also the dynamic Jesuit educational projects at Cristo Rey San José Jesuit High School and at The Nativity Schools in San José.

It seems that the older I get, the more exciting my Jesuit life has become! Mind you, a little boredom now and again might be welcome!”

Visitors to Bellarmine’s campus have observed the rapid progress taking place on the construction of the new Wade Academic Center. The 43,000 sq. ft., 21-classroom facility is on target to be completed in time for the start of the academic year in the fall of 2025. Concurrently with the construction of Wade Academic Center, the renovation of Berchmans Hall is underway. This historic structure is being repurposed as a campus welcome center and the Office of Admissions. Fundraising continues for this significant Capital Campaign.

2024 President’s Award Recipients MARGARET & PAUL PETRUS

During a span of more than a dozen years, Margaret and Paul Petrus have quietly made a significant, positive impact on the Bellarmine College Prep community.

As parents of Bellarmine alumni Joshua ’21, currently a senior at Santa Clara University studying Business, and Matthew ’19, a software engineer and recent graduate of Virgina Tech who earned a Computer Science degree, Margaret and Paul have long championed the mission and ethos of Jesuit education. “During my engagement with Bellarmine, both as a parent and as a Regent, the one special aspect that stood out is how the leadership really walked the talk — all the way from the Jesuits to the president to the principal,” noted Margaret recently. “A truly admirable action for students to emulate when they see that, especially during real challenging circumstances, the school really does put its teachings into actual practice.”

“Paul and Maggie are two of the most wonderful people I know,” said Chris Meyercord ’88, Bellarmine’s president. “They are generous in every sense of the word – with their time, their talent, and their treasure. They are also extremely supportive of our Catholic, Jesuit education here at Bellarmine, and I know have a special place in their hearts for our Jesuits.”

Paul, a graduate of Virginia Tech who earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering, is a senior advisor and former CTO of RADAR, the technology platform that combines RFID and computer vision technology to track and precisely locate in-store inventory. Paul’s previous career positions include roles at Ruckus Networks, Qualcomm, Atheros Communications, and ArrayComm.

Margaret is an Engineering leader at Broadcom, specializing in Network Virtualization with a particular focus on real-time monitoring and analytics. Prior to joining Broadcom, Maggie held several positions at VMWare and Hewlett-Packard. A graduate of the University of British Columbia and Bishop’s University, she is a longtime member of Bellarmine’s Board of Regents and serves on the Faculty Student Parent Life (FSPL) Committee.

The Petrus’s generous gifting to Bellarmine has included support of The Bellarmine Fund, Direct Tuition Assistance Fund, the current Capital Campaign, and the Golden Bell Auction. “Paul and Margaret’s support of the Golden Bell Auction is unparalleled,” said Leslie Goodykoontz, Donor Engagement and Events manager. “Year after year, I know I can always count on seeing them both with big smiles on their faces, having a great time. The Golden Bell wouldn’t be the same without them!”

The couple’s outlook on life and their philanthropic beliefs speak volumes about their core values. Their generosity is perhaps only eclipsed by their kindness. “Always do the right thing in anything you do and be of some help to others,” responded Margaret recently when asked about their personal philosophy. “Education is very important and has always been to both Paul and me. Both of us went to Catholic schools, from kindergarten through high school, and this played a significant role in how we live today. We were blessed to attend graduate schools because of the strong foundation we had. We want to assist Bellarmine in enabling young men to benefit from the opportunity it offers in their formative years.”

Paul reaffirms this emphasis of their support. “Education is a powerful tool for overcoming poverty, and I am a testament to this truth,” he said, adding, “Our philanthropic efforts are rooted in this conviction. I am committed to helping educate underprivileged kids so they can support their families and extend their service to the broader community.”

Paul also noted that Bellarmine is an exceptional environment for bringing their philosophy to life. “I often joke that there's ‘something in the Bellarmine water’,” he said recently. “Bellarmine teaches not only independence but also the value of interdependence during the formative stages of a young man's life. Bellarmine provides them with the essential tools to thrive in their personal, professional, and community lives.”

In recognition of their humble support of Bellarmine and for being such outstanding models of caring persons who are, in the spirit of St. Ignatius, “for and with others,” it is with much joy that we present the 2024 President’s Award to Margaret and Paul Petrus.

Bellarmine’s 44th President’s Award Dinner was held the evening of October 24. The annual event honors donors who gift the school at the $2,500 President’s Club level or more. Bellarmine president Chris Meyercord ’88 presented Margaret and Paul Petrus with a specially designed and produced award developed in Bellarmine’s Maker Lab by Diego Vasquez ’26, with guidance from faculty members David Dutton and Kyle Medeiros ’10.

PARENT GIVING

The following parents of Bellarmine students during Fiscal Year 2023-2024 have supported the school in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, gifts made to The Bellarmine Fund, Direct Tuition Assistance Fund, Endowment, Capital Campaign, Mothers’ Guild Fashion Show for Tuition Assistance, and the Golden Bell Auction.

In addition to receiving financial support, Bellarmine relies on the generosity of those who contribute non-monetary items and services, which are considered Gifts-in-Kind. This type of support results in savings to the school, allowing funds to instead be applied directly to programs and services for the benefit of our students. The following individuals and companies provided Gifts-in-Kind to Bellarmine during Fiscal Year 2023-2024. Join with the many supporters of Bellarmine and be included in next year’s Annual Report of Giving! Make your gift online at: bcp.org/give or use your smartphone and scan this QR code.

Athletics Highlights by

Kevin Saldivar ’04, CAA, Director of Athletics

Cross-Country As of press deadline, our Bells are two thirds through the league season and are starting to hit their stride. WCAL I took place at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco and our Bells came in first place at all four levels with Shrey Chettiar ’25 leading the way in the varsity race with a second place finish (15:17.7). Bellarmine hosted WCAL II at Baylands Park in Sunnyvale and once again we swept all four levels despite the windy conditions. Heading into the final WCAL league race, Bellarmine is favored and looking forward to the CCS Championship meet at Crystal Springs on November 16th.

Football Our football program hosted the first annual Salute to Service game vs. Jesuit High School where we honored esteemed Bellarmine alumni and community members who have lived out our motto “men for and with others.” Thank you to U.S. Army Lt. Gen. D. Scott McKean ’86, James Lassart ’60, Ming Chin ’60, Chief of Police Anthony Mata and Juan Navarro. Our football program also honored legendary Bellarmine coach Mike Janda and his coaching staff, John Amarillas ’80, Mike Henry and Dan Burke, for their dedication to the Bellarmine football program and athletes. Coach Janda is the Centra Coast Section (CCS) winningest coach (286 wins), twelve-time WCAL Champion, sixtime CCS Champion and three-time CIF NorCal Champion.

Water Polo Our Water Polo Bells are currently in the WCAL Championships and earned the #2 seed! Once again, we hosted the prestigious Memorial Cup which brings the best NorCal and SoCal teams together in a two-day tournament split across different bay area locations. Our team competed hard and took home fifth and is currently ranked 22nd in California as we look to end the 2024 season with a WCAL, CCS and CIF championship.

Three-sport athlete (football, wrestling, track and field), Ciaran Lee ’25, was honored during the St.

American Rivalry Series Scholar Athlete. Ciaran maintains a 4.1 GPA, is a member of the

on campus. He was awarded a $250 scholarship.

Grand Reunion and Tailgate

Bellarmine celebrated Grand Reunion the first weekend in October, just in time for the late summer heat wave to subside a bit. On Friday evening, October 4, our community came together at San Jose City College for the 42nd annual Alumni Football Tailgate, hosted by the Bellarmine Alumni Council and catered by Brad Barmore ’00, chef and owner of KINSmoke, KIN, and The Publican Windsor. It took contributions from the Bellarmine pep band, the Mothers’ Guild, the Dads’ Club, the Alumni Council, the Office of Advancement, the Campus Store, the Facilities and Maintenance crew, and the student Arrupe Ambassadors to serve nearly 700 meals and create a fun pregame environment before the Bells kicked off against Valley Christian.

The following day, Bellarmine welcomed back the Classes of 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009, and 2014 for the annual Grand Reunion reception on the Leo J. and Mary G. Lucas Quad. All told, nearly 300 alumni and their guests gathered to reconnect and reminisce over dinner and drinks and tour our ever-changed campus with the Arrupe Ambassadors. We were especially thrilled to welcome back Fr. Joseph Nguyen ’14, of St. Joseph Cathedral Basilica in San Jose, to celebrate Mass in Leontyne Chapel in honor of his own class reunion.

The 28th Annual Fr. Joe Costa, S.J. ’41 Alumni Bocce Tournament

The Fr. Joe Costa, S.J. ’41 Alumni Bocce Tournament returned to Campo di Bocce in Los Gatos for its 28th year in July. With nearly 100 Bells representing seven decades competing and reconnecting, it was another exciting evening on the courts. Congratulations to the 2024 champions: Dion Campisi ’94, John Machado ’75, Andre Walewski ’75, and Joe Elliott. It's the second title in three years for Dion, John, and Andre — perhaps a budding dynasty! Thank you to all the alumni who participated, all the sponsors, and special thanks to Tom Albanese ’64 for his support in helping make this one of Bellarmine’s most longstanding alumni events.

37th Annual Golf Classic

On Monday, October 14th, the Office of Alumni Relations hosted the 37th annual Bellarmine Golf Classic, bringing together more than 200 members of our community for a full day of fun on the golf course. We were blessed with perfect weather at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club as a sold-out field of alumni, parents, and friends of Bellarmine competed in the yearly scramble. Congratulations to this year's champions — Jeff Lisenbee ’98, Eric McAllister ’98, Michael MacDonald ’98, and Charlie Hazelbaker — who took home their second title after capturing the trophy in 2017. Thanks to our participants and generous sponsors, this year's tournament raised over $30,000 for Bellarmine’s Direct Tuition Assistance Fund. The event could not have been a success without the hard work of our volunteers from the Mothers’ Guild and Bellarmine’s varsity golf team.

CLASS NOTES

1950s

Norman Matteoni ’56 had his new book, A Phantom Storm: Sitting Bull, America, and the Ghost Dance, published in August by South Dakota Historical Society Press. The book traces the smear campaign against Sitting Bull in the words and actions of public figures and the nation’s media.

Josh informs us that the company was recognized for its contributions to the San Jose skyline.

The Power of a Legacy Gift: Securing the Future of Bellarmine

Leaving a legacy is one of the most profound ways we can make a lasting impact on the causes we care about. A legacy gift to Bellarmine, often arranged through a will or other estate planning tools, ensures that your values and priorities continue to shape the future long after you are gone.

More than a gift of money, it is a gift of hope and a commitment to sustaining the work that matters most to you, such as the education and formation Bellarmine provides to young men.

What is a Legacy Gift?

A legacy gift, sometimes referred to as a planned or estate gift, allows you to contribute to a charity, like Bellarmine, while taking care of your loved ones. These gifts often come in the form of bequests in wills, life insurance policies, retirement accounts, or trusts. Unlike cash donations, legacy gifts are typically given at the end of the donor’s life, enabling you to support causes you love without impacting your current finances.

Why Are Legacy Gifts So Important?

1. Stability for Long-Term Planning

Legacy gifts provide a predictable and sustainable source of funding, allowing us to plan ahead, invest in infrastructure, and create innovative programs.

2. Supporting Endowments and Lasting Impact

Many legacy gifts are directed toward endowments, which act as a financial bedrock for a charity. Endowments are investment funds that generate income year after year, ensuring a steady stream of resources to support programs and services. By contributing to an endowment, your legacy gift does not just offer a one-time boost; it continues to fuel Bellarmine’s mission, enabling us to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world.

3. Preserving Core Programs During Uncertain Times

In times of economic downturns or unexpected challenges, legacy gifts can be a lifeline. A well-funded endowment supported by legacy gifts can help a charity maintain its core programs and services. This stability ensures that the organization can continue to fulfill its mission, even if other funding sources are strained.

The Legacy Society: A Community of Visionaries

By making a legacy gift, you are not only securing the future of Bellarmine, but you are also invited to join Bellarmine’s Mater Dei Legacy Society, designed to honor and celebrate individuals like you—those who believe in the long-term vision of the school and are dedicated to ensuring its sustainability for future generations.

As a member of a Legacy Society, you will join a community of like-minded individuals who share your commitment. Together, you stand as a powerful force for good, working toward a shared vision that will outlive us all.

Benefits of Joining a Legacy Society

1. Recognition and Gratitude: Legacy Society members are often publicly acknowledged for their generosity and foresight. Whether through special recognition at events, personalized tributes, or names listed in an Annual Report, your contributions are celebrated, leaving a lasting mark on the organization you support.

2. Personal Satisfaction:

For many, the greatest reward comes from knowing that they have contributed to something greater than themselves. A legacy gift provides peace of mind that your passions will live on and continue to make a difference in the world.

3. Financial and Tax Benefits:

In many cases, planned gifts can offer substantial tax advantages for you and your heirs. Depending on your circumstances, you may reduce estate taxes or receive tax benefits during your lifetime, making it easier to fulfill both personal and philanthropic goals.

Honoring Those Who Have Already Given

To our current Mater Dei Legacy Society members, we offer our heartfelt thanks. Your commitment has already begun to shape the future of Bellarmine, ensuring that we continue to fulfill our mission for generations to come. Your generosity is more than a financial contribution—it is a powerful statement of trust in our work and a commitment to a better future.

We are proud to recognize each of you for your foresight and dedication. It is because of donors like you that we can dream big, plan ambitiously, and tackle the challenges of tomorrow. Together, we are building a lasting legacy of Jesuit education.

How You Can Leave Your Own Legacy

If you have ever considered leaving a legacy gift, now is the perfect time to explore your options. Planned gifts, no matter their size, make a significant difference in shaping the future of the causes you care about. Whether through a bequest, charitable trust, or other planned giving vehicle, your legacy can help ensure that the charity you love continues to thrive.

We invite you to learn more about joining our Mater Dei Legacy Society and how you can make a lasting impact. Your gift today will echo through the years, providing hope, opportunity, and change for generations to come.

Your Legacy, The Bells’ Future

By making a legacy gift and becoming part of our Mater Dei Legacy Society, you are not just donating—you are creating a brighter future for the world. Your foresight ensures that the work of Bellarmine will continue to make a difference long after we are gone. Thank you to all those who have already made this commitment. Together, we are building a lasting legacy of educating and forming young men of competence, conscience, and compassion.
