cat e r i n g po li ci e s an d g u i d e li n e s labor Labor is charged per server per after-café service hours $40 per server, per hour rental items Customize your events with specialty linens, china, glassware, flatware, tables and chairs at an additional cost linens Standard in-house linens are available in 52” x 114” rectangles or 8 ft. banquet (standard folding conference table) tables and are a standard fee of $7.00 with any order. This fee is good for up to three (3) linens. additional colors and specialty linens are available from our preferred supplier at an additional cost. delivered orders Catering staff will deliver your order to the specified location and set it up with our standard linens and decor. Staff do not remain for the duration of the event, but will pick up all catering supplies upon event completion. Events ending after 4pm are picked up by facilities staff. minimums All catering orders must meet a minimum subtotal of $25 order cancellations Orders must be cancelled with at least 24 business hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Orders cancelled with less than 24 business hours’ notice will be charged 100% of all product that cannot be repurposed in normal outlets. last minute orders We request that all orders are placed at least 48 business hours in advance of an event. We will be happy to assist you with last minute orders; however, please be aware that catering delivery orders, standard china, and linens are prioritized in the order they are received and last minute orders may be subject to limited services and a simpler menu from ingredients on hand.
