The design of Ninho Forti Nutri was for a ‘shop-test’ in Brazil.
The design needed to communicate that it was for all children from toddler to 18years old, this was emphasised by the sillhouettes of children at different ages.
The colour of the design needed to communicate the premiumness of the product, for this gold was used as it is commonly used for premium products in the market.
The purple colours were used to try and visually make the link for consumers that this product was a supplement rather than a normal NINHO milk as the supplement shelf tends to utilize more purple tones.
The design was used successfully on shelf in Brazil from November 2023-December 2023.
Designing the promotional material for this Nestlé shop test in the philippines was an important success criteria for the project. The new, innovative, hybrid product for such a traditional, staple brand in the country needed to stand out and attatract new potential customers to give it a try!
For this project, we had 6 months to take a student idea to shop-test. I was the only designer in the core team for this project and had to develop the brand from scratch.
After a months shoptest in Nestlé stores in Switzerland, our product was one of the top 4-5SKUs in any test and learn project so far in the Nestlé stores.
Design For Good works with The Royal college of the Arts, London to support charities and NGOs to better work towards the UNs sustainable development goals. The cohort 2022-2024 worked towards the goal ‘Clean water and sanitation’, one of the charities they supported was Foot Forward Fund and Uhuhru Pads. The challenge was to support the charities to improve their methods of education on the menstral cycle for young girls in Tanzania and provide them with period pads. The project team needed help in the 2nd year of the project to create and illustrate characters in their book, 2 sisters named Namelok and Busara and their friends. The sisters guide the girls through the book to teach the girls about menstration in an interactive and fun way.
Having always been a creative person I spend all my free time painting, drawing and exporing new creative hobbies. My favourites being digital art and acrylic painting, especially focusing on imagery of food and animals.
During the 2020 lockdown I also opened my own online artshop where I sold digital prints and original copies of my works.
