The Commons

The Commons at The Fairways is an enclave of approximately forty new homes located in the highly desirable Fairways neighborhood at Bay Creek. This wonderful collection of attached single-family homes, designed and crafted by the team at Preserve Homes & Neighborhoods, consists of eleven individual clusters with three or four residences per building.

Two distinct models are offered in The Commons. The Vinings is a 1,925 square foot plan with 3 BR/2.5 BA on two levels, featuring the Owner’s Suite on the main level.
