Requests:
> Pray for those in Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Djibouti who desperately need nourishment due to a massive drought (the worst in 60 years) in the Horn of Africa. Famine has stricken the war torn parts of Somalia and is quickly expected to spread across all regions of the south in the coming four to six weeks. By their estimates, the famine is likely to persist until at least December 2011. Urgent help and prayer is needed. Pray for God to intervene in a powerful way and provide for the people of Eastern Africa. > Pray for those injured and those who have lost loved ones to the recent attack in Oslo, Norway. Pray that the police will be able to track down those who were responsible. Pray for God’s comfort and protection over the Norwegian people at this time.
