Homeowners tied and blindfolded during robbery On June 13, 2013, at approximately 11:44 PM, the Arcadia Police Department received a call of a robbery that took place at a residence located in the 500 block of east Norman Avenue. When the officers arrived at the residence, it was confirmed that a home invasion robbery had occurred.
