Take advantage of our flexible floorplan options and work closely with an experienced Beachwood New Home Consultant to make your Eclipse Home truly yours. Together, you can explore all possibilities, from inclusions and facade options to colour schemes, floorplan modifications, and upgrades.
3. Accept
After attending an interior selections session with one of our Interior Designers and finalising your choices, we will prepare a Building Tender for your review. Once approved and any adjustments are made, your contract will be finalised and ready for signing.
4. Approve
At this stage, we complete final checks and documentation for your land, including surveys, permits, and site-specific drawings for your approval. After securing formal financial approval and providing confirmation, we’ll finalise your construction plans and specifications for sign-off before obtaining the building permit.
5. Build
Watch your home come to life as it progresses through the construction stages, from foundations to the exciting handover. Throughout the process, our dedicated Customer Support Coordinators will keep you updated, answer your questions, and ensure your build meets the highest standards with regular quality checks and independent inspections.
