The purpose of this letter is to set forth the understanding of the terms of your employment regarding this position, including your compensation. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment screenings and verifications. As an exempt employee, your salary for this position will be [Pay Rate] per year, with annualized even increments of 1/24th of the salary paid semi-monthly on the 6th and 21st of each month in accordance with the Company's standard payroll practices, and subject to any deductions permitted under law. Regular, full-time exempt employees work an average of 40 hours per week and are not eligible for overtime pay. You will become eligible to participate in the company's health benefit plans and programs the first of the month following 60 days of employment, in accordance with our company policy, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the benefit programs themselves. The Company also offers a 401(k) Plan, with 401(k) and Roth contribution options. Be advised that once you are eligible, you will be automatically enrolled in the Plan with a 3 percent pre-tax 401(k) contribution type in an age-appropriate target date fund unless you opt out or change the contribution or investment type by phone or through the Retirement Plan portion of ADP’s employee portal.
