Dear [Candidate First Name]: It is with great pleasure that Brehm Communications, Inc. ("Company") extends this offer for employment in its Corporate Office in the position of [Position Title], starting on or before [Join Date]. The purpose of this letter is to set forth the understanding of the terms of your employment regarding this position, including your compensation. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment screenings and verifications.

You will report to [Reporting Manager], [Reporting Manager Title], in the [Department] department and will work in the [Location] office.

As an exempt employee, your salary for this position will be [Pay Rate] per year, with annualized even increments of 1/24th of the salary paid semi-monthly on the 6th and 21st of each month in accordance with the Company's standard payroll practices, and subject to any deductions permitted under law.

Regular, full-time exempt employees work an average of 40 hours per week and are not eligible for overtime pay.

You will become eligible to participate in the company's health benefit plans and programs the first of the month following 60 days of employment, in accordance with our company policy, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the benefit programs themselves. Please refer to the benefits summary plan descriptions for further information. The Company reserves the right to modify, add to or eliminate any employment benefits offered.

The Company also offers a 401(k) Plan, with 401(k) and Roth contribution options. Be advised that once you are eligible, you will be automatically enrolled in the Plan with a 3 percent pre-tax 401(k) contribution type in an age-appropriate target date fund unless you opt out or change the contribution or investment type by phone or through the Retirement Plan portion of ADP’s employee portal.

Lastly, after 90 days of employment you will begin accruing vacation at a rate of [Paid Leave Entitlement] per year. You will accrue up to 48 sick hours per year based on hours worked by pay period, and may also begin using those hours after 90 days of employment. You are eligible for paid holidays immediately upon starting employment, in accordance with Company policy.

Other terms and guidelines relating to your employment are set forth in our Employee Handbook, which we will provide to you on your first day of employment.

This offer of employment is contingent upon: Signing copies of this offer letter and Job Description, as well as the Written Commission Agreement (if applicable); the successful completion of background and drug screenings, as well as a motor vehicle record search if applicable; and providing, upon your first day of employment, satisfactory proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States, and your completion of an Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9.

Brehm Communications and subsidiaries are at-will employers. This means that both you and the Company reserve the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason with or without notice. This letter serves only to confirm our offer of employment and does not constitute a contract of employment.
