Gunnison Valley

Located in the heart of the Rockies and the Elk Mountain Range, the Gunnison Valley boasts over 270 days of sunshine, and an average elevation of over 9,000 feet. Comprised of over 80% open space, average high temperatures in the Gunnison Valley reside around 65 degrees in the summer months and 21 degrees in the winter.
