This year, Bluebird is hosting the inaugural Bird to Bird gravel ride in July 2025, uniting the Gunnison and Crested Butte communities through this exciting new event.
The community is thriving with new venues for commerce and entertainment. The Gunnison Arts Center has an impressive assortment of cultural summer activities and music. The Gunnison Chamber is transforming with new leadership. The Gunnison Valley Hospital is completing a new Emergency Medical Services facility with plans to add a professional campus in a new phase of expansion. Bluebird is honored to be hosting the celebration events surrounding the grand opening of the new EMS campus this fall. The Sage Grouse Lounge opened on June 28th, offering a late-night destination featuring a golf simulator, billiards, and craft cocktails.

over $900,000 in the surrounding area. Land sales and condominium sales are up as well, indicating strong demand in entry level offerings. The average condo sells for approximately $400,000 and land parcels average a new high of over $475,000.
