AGREEMENT
No benefits other than those specifically stated in the prospectus are implied or promised. Better Business Bureau has the right to refuse sponsorships. All donations become the property of Better Business Bureau. We will provide the donor with a tax deductible letter in a timely manner. In the event that the donation is not sold at a specific event, Better Business Bureau reserves the right to use the donation to its sole discretion for future events, initiatives and programs. No donations will be returned unless authorized by the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau.
I, the undersigned, am an authorized representative of the above-named company and give Better Business Bureau permission to use the company name and branding in print and promotional materials as appropriate, based on the amount of the donation and agreement of benefits selected on this Sponsorship Agreement Form.
