Your Career At Bass

Stage 1: Underwriter Assistant

As an Underwriter Assistant, you will be given the opportunity to work hand in hand with your Underwriter who will mentor and guide you through the ins and outs of insurance underwriting.

Stage 2: Junior Broker

Once you’ve obtained your designation and started building your own book of business, you will graduate to Junior Broker. At this stage, you will continue hitting milestones in order to work toward promotion to Underwriter.

Stage 3: Underwriter

Once promoted to Underwriter, a successful future is in the palm of your hands. You will continue to focus on expanding your book of business, while reaping the benefits of uncapped earning potential.
