THE EXECUTIVES

I hope and pray everyone had a great Christmas and Happy New Year! 2024 was a wonderful year for Bass and there is so much for which to be thankful. In a recent message at church, I was reminded about the daily gift we all receive and that is the same amount of time, twenty-four hours. It is what we do with that time that reflects our priorities in life. For me and a lot of you as well, much of those hours are spent working alongside some of the best and brightest individuals in our industry. Because of this work, we could not be in a better position to continue the phenomenal growth we have seen over the past few years.

In 2024 we continued our double-digit growth trend, finishing just shy of $800M in Net Written Premium. I remember about six years ago we celebrated a significant milestone by crossing $50M in revenue, and because of your dedication and commitment to our organizational values we reached a new milestone in 2024 surpassing $100M in revenue. In the finance world they have a term for companies who achieved this milestone without external financing, and they call them “bootstrapped” companies. In other words, we get up every day with a purpose, making the most of the gift of those twenty-four hours and we rise to the occasion.

As we enter 2025, there are already remarkable events that could have far reaching impacts on our industry. Approaching every day as a gift and being appreciative of another twenty-four, will continue to drive our organization to new heights.
