For many citizens returning into the community, a host of new challenges and barriers are present. Re-entering society can be overwhelming for many reasons, and unfortunately many people end up back in prison. TRANSFORMATIONAL WORK The Workforce Development team is grateful for all the relationships we continue to build and strengthen in the St. Louis and national community centered around education and workforce development. We were excited to be part of the St. Louis Convergence Conference organized by the St. Louis Operations Collective and held at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. We listened and learned from experts about emerging trends in trade, employment, transportation and technology impacting the supply chain – globally and right here in our own backyard. From blockchain and sensordriven supply chain visibility to digital agriculture, technology is transforming the way we navigate the supply chain and do business around the world. St. Louis is at the center of this convergence. The St. Patrick Center team discussed workforce development opportunities to support the growth of the employment gap. The human supply chain and the proper support system and network were presented. We discussed barriers to entry and opportunities for growth and human development. Integrating into the workforce can become a sustainable supply chain solution and transformative experience not only to the person, but to the community at large. It takes a village and we are thrilled to be doing this work together with local and national leaders. We are thankful to each and every person that makes an impact in all of our lives.

Together we are at at the Center of Change.
