For many citizens returning into the community, a host of new challenges and barriers are present. Re-entering society can be overwhelming for many reasons, and unfortunately many people end up back in prison. The rate of recidivism in the United States is an astonishing 70% within 5 years of release. The Reentry Program at St. Patrick Center is focused on providing the necessary skills and tools to be successful, learn and move forward. Questions? WORKING TOGETHER! RideFinders along with Aerotek and World Wide Technology have been instrumental partners to St. Patrick Center and our clients by finding solutions to the success of making employment accessible to our clients. Transportation is a tremendous barrier to entry for our clients. Now when a client has been offered a position to work for Aerotek/World Wide Technology, RideFinders works with our clients to provide transportation to their job site. We have five clients who will begin to use RideFinders services this month! Through these efforts air quality is improved by choosing sustainable commuting options and reducing on-site vehicles and traffic congestion. We are putting green practices into place together and couldn't be more happier for our clients! Thank you World Wide Technology for sponsoring this essential need. In this edition you will see all the wonderful partnerships we have been able to create and bring together for the 2nd Roots of Success Job Fair and Graduation.
