FY 2022-2023 INCOME

Maintaining a self-sufficient approach to day to day operations remains a primary focus for the JCC. Revenue streams over the past year have continued to show a return to pre-pandemic levels, with some positive signs that indicate we are headed in the right direction with increases seen in program engagement and enrollment. Our primary source of income in 2022 -23 once again generated by program fees from Early Childhood Education, Camps, After School Care, Cultural Arts, Fitness, Aquatics, Tennis, and Youth Sports Leagues and Classes. While membership recruitment and retention was significantly impacted throughout the pandemic, 2022-23 has seen an uptick in new members joining and becoming part of our JCC family. In 2022-23, Member revenue saw an increase of over 11% from the prior year.

FY 2022-2023 EXPENSES

Nearly 75% of JCC expenses (staff, faculty, instructors, counselors and contract services) directly impact the programs and services the JCC delivers each and every day to meet the needs of our members and the community at large.

Occupancy (rent and depreciation expense), supplies, printing and postage specific assistance, and miscellaneous expenses (insurance, credit card fees, telephone, etc.), represent the balance (27%) of all expenses.
