How did it begin? We originally started 25 years ago running the business from our house but soon out grew the space so we got an office in the main street of Kapunda. As the kids got older they started working for the company and it has grown ever since. Which family members work in the business, what is their role? Linda Carter along with her eldest daughter Nicole, own the business; Son-in-law works in sales and quality control; brother and brother-in-law are both tradesmen and two other members have worked here for over 10 years are like family.
