SIGN UP ON THE BARON STAFFING APP As a Baron Staffing talent, you now have access to the latest job opportunities on our app. Follow the directions on the app to access information regarding the job listings. You will be able to view available jobs and then apply to them. If your qualifications meet the job specifications, you will be notified. The Baron Staffing Application is designed intuitively to make our clients and talents staffing experience with us easier.

WORK PROCEDURES Q. When does my employment with Baron Staffing begin? A. Your employment with us begins on the first day of your first assignment. Q. How do I get an assignment? A. Sign up to the Baron Staffing App. You must enter your availability on the App weekly; you will then have access to jobs that you are available for. Q. If I have questions, when is best to reach management? A. Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and we have a 24 hour voicemail to take your message when the office is closed. Q. What companies or clients will I go to? A. We supply personnel for many of the leading hospitality clients in New Jersey and in New York. When you are being assigned, we are going to place you to a company close to your area. If there is no assignment in your area, we can offer you something else if you are able and willing to commute. Q. Can I take a break at work? A. You are expected to comply with our clients policies. Please ask your supervisor or captain for any type of break before leaving the floor (e.g., bathroom, food break, phone calls, and smoke, amongst others)

Q. What do I do if I am injured on the job? A. If you are injured while performing work on an assignment, call your Baron Staffing Manager immediately for instructions to receive medical attention. If you are unable to make the call to us, please have your assignment manager or other appropriate individual call us. You must immediately report all injuries; no matter how minor the injury may seem.

COMPENSATION The payroll calendar is from Monday through Sunday, payday is on Fridays (via direct deposit) Q. How Will I Get Paid? A. Timesheets are required for every assignment you work. It is your responsibility to fill out your timesheet correctly & have them signed by the client's supervisor. Q. When Will I Get My Pay Statement? A. You may access your pay stub online and go paperless by going to myAccess.adp.com Q. How Can I Increase My Pay Rate? A. Baron Staffing's rate of pay depends on a variety of factors. As your skill level increases, so will your ability to qualify for higher pay. In addition to skills and duties performed, factors such as good evaluations from the clients on attendance and job performance will help increase your pay.

ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION • Professionalism is a key to Baron Staffing's success. As a Baron staffing talent, your attire, language, manners and actions should always reflect that professionalism. • You must fill out your availability on the Baron Staffing App weekly; we will then send you jobs for the days you are available. • If you accept an assignment we expect you to complete that assignment in a professional manner. 6

THE DOs AND DON’Ts OF BANQUET SERVICE Clearing Tables

The DOs ✓ SMILE ✓ Always be on time (15 minutes before schedule time). ✓ Must always have correct uniform specified for schedule event. ✓ All male staff must be CLEAN SHAVEN for each event ✓ Women can wear earrings no bigger than a quarter and no hang down. ✓ Be RESPECTFUL to all captains, managers and event planners, as everyone is there to work together. ✓ Be sure to ALWAYS sign in and out with the manager or maitre’d before and after each event. ✓ Keep quietly focused on the guests. ✓ Warn guests when serving hot plates and beverages. ✓ Handle all items as quietly as possible. ✓ Always pick up glasses by the stem. 5


The DON’TS X No piercings for men at work. X Do not place a napkin under your arm. X Do not lean on bar or walls. X Do not wipe your face or your mouth with your side towel. X Do not touch your face and/ or hair in front of guests. X Do not use the guest entrance and/or bathroom during a function. X Do not huddle or chat with other servers while on the floor. X Do not eat or drink anything in front of the guests (e.g., no gum, no breath mints, etc.) If offered an alcoholic beverage by guest ALWAYS politely decline. X Do not stand around with your hands in your pockets or your arms crossed. X Do not go to break all together
