CReATES will be constructed from upcycled shipping containers. The containers and surrounding streetscape will form striking architecture, stimulating artwork, compelling shop frontages, and an inspiring landscape.

CReATES will provide an incubation space for entrepreneurs and artists in the Norwich region. Support will be holistic - we want our tenants to succeed and grow.
As a community led project CReATES will support existing local community groups, and provide the space and resources for new ones to form. CReATES will have community at its heart.
