WELCOME CATTLE ENTHUSIASTS!
Welcome Cattle Enthusiasts! It is with great excitement that we welcome you to the 2nd Annual Multi Breed Female Sale at the 2024 Illinois Beef Expo! Last years’ inaugural event was a huge success and we have looked forward to this years’ sale ever since. In our ever-changing industry; offering you, the customer, a diversified set of breds, opens, and donors of the utmost quality scattered throughout multiple breeds of cattle has been our goal from day one. We are extremely pleased with the quality that consignors have brought forth for your appraisal and we are 100% confident that no matter what you are in the market for, or whatever your goals may be, there are females in this sale that will surpass your expectations. Like last year, we look forward to working directly with Travis Meteer and the Performance Tested Bull Sale on Thursday and Kevin Mears with The Collection Sale to follow The Multi Breed Female Sale on Friday afternoon. We strongly believe teamwork amongst these sales, consignors, and the IBE is the key to success for all! A big thank you to the IBA and all their staff for all their support and everything they have done to make all of these events possible. Also, please join us in extending sincere gratitude to the sponsors advertised throughout this catalog AND the State Associations that have stepped up to the plate to support. My wife and I would like to personally thank Bellfower Feed Mill, Keller Vet Services, Bergman Farm Supply, FrontLine Ag, Sullivan Auctioneers/Big Iron Auctions, the IL Simmental Association, the IL Angus Association, the IL Shorthorn Association, and the IL Hereford Association. Without support from these businesses and the people that run them, this sale is not possible. Make plans now to attend the sale Friday, February 23rd at 12 p.m. in the Artisans Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds. Food and beverage will be available there starting at 11:30. If you cannot be in attendance, please contact any of the sale day contacts on the following page for their assistance at no cost to you. The sale will also be broadcast for viewing and bidding on CCiLive.tv and videos of all lots selling can be found there as well. This offering of females will be stalled and available for viewing all day Thursday and Friday until the sale in barn 25N. Please reach out to any of the consignors or Haefner Marketing if we can be of assistance in any way. Thank you for taking the time to look, hope you enjoy!

K291 & K287 – What a pair of females out of the immortal A317 Beautiful Female for Bramlet/ Scheaffer. One that just doesn’t miss. She has done it time and time again! We sound like a broken record when we talk these females, but these two are two of the HOTTEST mating this female has produced. The Primo being a full sib to your 2019 Denver Champion female that was a countless Champion throughout that year and a two time Indiana State Fair Champion for the Maine Family. K291, the 24 Karat female, would be a full sib to countless high sellers. One of the recent high sellers commanded $80,000 as the top selling female in the 2022 Buck Creek Sale as well as another high seller at $25,000 in their 2023 sale. Countless High Sellers with this mating. No matter who has been involved with these females and these genetics, they tend to rise to the top easily. Both females are impeccable structured, wildly good looking, big- featured, and big –haired. These females will wear a halter then turn around and generate for you in the donor pen.

S.A.M. & 6640… The best of both worlds and they’re combined in one package. This red heifer is stacked with huge potential for the show ring and the donor pen. She is good structured, equipped with big feet, big legs and a personality to go with it all. Going back to the great 6640 cow making her dual registered % Simmental & High Chi. This is the very first female I am letting go of out of this cow family. I have literally kept them all trying to build my small Simmental herd. I believe this heifer is probably the best one yet. Donna 362L has cow power written all over her. She is massive in her center body with a big square hip. Study her structure, she stands on huge feet and legs that get out and go with ease. Take this one home and have some fun in the showring then put her into production and let her make you some serious money. CONSIGNOR: Tebbe Farms 618-520-0437

Its hard to start on a female like this. We think this one is wild good. Her color pattern is wild, her build is wild, and we see so many good qualities in this female. You’ll love the huge sweep in rib shape, the size of her foot and bone, and her awesome hair coat. She is one that can give you a crazy good look no matter what day it is. I feel like this female is one of the most intriguing females produced at Bramlet Simmentals regardless of her color. This female could be pink, green, or purple and still be that good. A female like this has a lot of upside and will obviously grab your attention in the ring. She is one you can depend on building a program around in the Simmental breed or diversify your program in the steer realm and produce those next level cattle to go out and rake in the purple. A female that is true at the ground, true in her build, one that you can light into and just enjoy the ride.

Boitnott Diamond Girl (Jewels) is an eye-catching baldy Purebred Simmental cow. This heifer had a tremendous show career and the one we still brag on to this day as going to 25 different shows during her show career capturing many champion and reserve champion honors. Her last show before hanging up the show halter Jewels took home a banner for breed Champion, I think that speaks volumes for her correctness, do-ability and longevity. Her 2023 calf is currently hitting the show circuit for the Schwantz/Westen family and has been turning heads as a competitive purebred Simmental steer.

Here’s a high powered bred female out of last year’s high selling female, HPF Alley 397E, who now resides at Sievers Show Cattle in IA. She’s one that can flat out get out and go. We think a lot of this female. She is bred to calve in early May to Lover Boy to get you rolling in the ET production. Boitnott Sho-Gurl will be a great addition to anyone’s herd as she checks a lot of boxes: Big bone, big foot, ideal center section, all in a youthful package. She will make a competitive show heifer and an even better breeding piece after her show career wraps up. We used her sire to clean up a few cows, after these calves hit the ground we will be using him pretty heavily moving forward and I think you will see why come sale time. Her dam is an easy keeping, front pasture kind and Sho-Gurl will follow in those same footsteps for your program. This one has a great attitude for any age showman and the quality to do great things.

We are very excited about this heifer out of the popular STAG Good Times and Top Line Lady 9065. Her dam won numerous classes, most notably at the 2020 Eastern Regional Junior Angus Show, and is a daughter of the prolific champion Top Line Lady 9111. She caught our eye early on for her striking profile and power. With great hair and presence, 233 keeps getting better.
