We are excited for what 2025 has to offer as we are bringing some new donors into our program that we feel have the ability to continue to move the needle in the industry. Elite genetic opportunuity here, combining quite possible the most elite pedigrees in the entire Simmental and Angus breeds. CLAC Black Satin 261J (Primrose) is one of the newest donors to the donor pen, and she is an own daughter of the famous “Boots” cow who needs no introduction. These are matings we have high expectations for with a big league donor who is sired by the legendary Primo - who is no stranger to the high seller lists and backdrops. This young donor is long bodied, soft made, super hairy, with an impeccable skeleton. The Boots daughters are incredibly easy to mate to all the hottest sires and we feel these matings to SAM and Coping with Destiny will easily move the needle in the industry. Show heifers and donors in the making. Big league good. Tie into some of the newest genetics we have to offer.

One of the most exciting young individuals to step into our donor pen in quite some time, both phenotypically and genetically - and we have high expectations for her especially with her barn name being “Boots”. She is a direct daughter of arguably the best Boots daughter in the industry - Satin 378F - which makers her a maternal sib to Knockin’ Boots and countless other champions. Sired by Harker’s Unleashed, here is an easy opportunity to invest in some of the newest genetics in the business. She is easily one of the most exquisite constructed, softest structured, incredible haired females that has ever stepped foot here - which makes her a perfect compliment for almost every Simmental bull in the breed. I’d expect these calves from both matings to have added length of body and substance while maintaining all look, hair, and structure that our Boots donor brings to the table. Be on the forefront of a very unique donor that has a big time ceiling.

XXX Bailey’s Pridette 1D Embryos

Today I am speaking for the consignors that are offering these high powered genetics in Virginia. All the genetics are the best and the reason, they work and the progeny are amazing now matter who is at the halter or is the leader in your donor battery. Again, all eggs are sale features. We could write a book on all but go each website and face book. Look at Bailey’s Pridette 1D. A daughter was champion for Cal Pryor and then at the AJSA National Classic claimed Reserve Champion. 1D has worked to all bulls. Bankroll worked the best with a daughter being Reserve Champion at the American Royal and now is in the donor pen at Rosebud. Another, Bankroll last fall sold for $180,000. A huge opportunity at the Va Beef Expo. Embryos sire Relentless and Remedy.

JSUL Reba Fancy 8375F is another one of our proven donors. We raised this female and are proud of the product from the great producer and banner-winning Reba cow family. Fancy has had tremendous success in the show ring with Sara, including being named Champion at the AJSA Jr. Nationals and Champion Female at Denver. These are significant accomplishments for any animal. We are highly competitive, and since Sara has aged out, we’ve decided to offer all of the females and retain only a few here in Dunlap. Fancy’s cow card continues to grow, with over 60 progeny to date. Many of her offspring have sold well across the country, whether shown or not. Several of her progeny have claimed banners and have gone on to become donors themselves. Some of the notable progeny include Kate Liggett, Circle M, Josh Winslow, Teagan Hurst, Dean McCurry, Todd Butler, Weaver Show Cattle, Emma Wyatt, Premier Cattle, and Heath Willis, among many others.

Rita 8288F is a past champion, claiming banners at the Iowa State Fair, AJSA Jr. Nationals, and Supreme Champion at the North American. These accomplishments are significant milestones. Rita was bred in the program of RJ Cattle, and one of the Woodford females is off to a strong start for Rose Acres Cattle. Lover Boy has also proven himself, with progeny excelling for Kennedy Jarr, Jaxon Kearns, Jake Petersen, Tessa Beitelspacher, and numerous other junior exhibitors. The famous Sam Heifer, Rita 3001L, exhibited by Josie Phillips, has been in the spotlight at major shows and continues to make an impact at the majors. Keep an eye on Rita’s progeny at the AJSA, as they are certainly ones to watch. It’s difficult to say whether Lover Boy or Woodford is the best, so we’ll leave that decision up to you. The guys on the farm can’t even decide, so we’re making it easy—take all 8! We’re offering 4 Lover Boys and 4 Woodfords. 8288F is among the top donors at the farm. These cattle perform well in both the show ring and on the green grass.

Heads up, Junior Showman! There has never been a better time to invest in Simm Genetics! With the AJSA Eastern Regional Classic taking place right here in Harrisonburg, VA on June 4-7 there will be ample opportunity to get this heifer to the backdrop. A full sibling, K18, campaigned by Mattie Eavers, was no stranger to the purple, earning several breed champions and top-five finishes every time she went out. K18’s greatest win has been in the pasture, producing an elite heifer calf and breeding back to her second calf on the first try. You have to appreciate the performance in these genetics both in and out of the arena. M18 comes to you in a moderate, complete package offering tremendous volume capacity and dimension while maintaining an elite, feminine appearance. Halter broke with a great disposition!

She is due to calve on 10/17/25 to LDL Roll Call.
